My doctor's office just switched over to Mychart. It is an absolute disaster. The first thing I noticed is that none of my medicines came over on the conversion. The second thing is that it is now impossible to get new refills for old prescriptions. I have repeatedly put in messages to the doctor, but the doctor apparently never gets them. I called the office and they cannot see that anything has ever been requested. The other thing I did was try to add a new prescription myself so that the doctor could approve it, but it only lets the doctor approve it after my next appointment. That's absolutely ridiculous. I could see patients dying waiting for their prescriptions to be written.

I have been a doctor for 48 years. Recently I was a new patient at Albany Medical Urology for a follow up appointment for a high PSA reading. I had a "meet and greet" which was just ok! I then had a second blood test done and was quite anxious about the result. I had the blood draw completed and was totally overwhelmed when the RESULTS of that test were published on MyChart BEFORE I ever had a chance to meet with my provider. It was more bad news but to see it in print in such a cold and uncomfortable way was absolutely horrifying! as stated, as a professional I would never even think of the possibility of publishing a very sensitive outcome before I could sit with the patient and be able to not only discuss the lab result but to immediately be able to set aside the patient fears that the test results displayed. This MUST CHANGE, in my opinion, and immediately. The use of communication only works IF the provider READS them and then if they do, they need to respond ASAP noot days later. Under these circumstances I would advise any and all patients to TURN DOWN ever using the MyChart application in the first place. In fact, I am so outraged by this incredibly insensitive platform that I would never even agree to be treated by any doctor who utilizes this platform.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! WORST APP LITERALLY EVER!!!! I HAVE TO RESET MY PASSWORD EVERY SINGLE TIME I LOG IN.

One way conversation, appointments are constantly dictated rather a consultation. I live two hours from the hospital so cant just turn up at short notice to wait for hours in the overcrowded waiting room.
It wont allow a response to demands (even word limited) , So if you set an appointment at 4pm on a Friday afternoon dont be surprised is the patient doesn't turn up!
The data on the system is useful but not always accurate.

if i could rate this a zero i would. Always issues with login. Say they are sending you a code and you receive a blank email. Doctors need to switch to Athena ..never have issues and can access all my doctors except this one. And this rating is useless too. No code sent to email

Terrible experience continually. Have tried to reset password repeatedly, still doesn’t work. Have used the new system of using double password or tags , does not work. Very frustrating.

AS ALWAYS !!!!! MyChat does not clear data and presumes you are still logged in but you are not ! You have to wait for a time until MyChart clears your old files. If you don't wait long enough, it fails login, or continues to the next screen which is some crap that just hangs there. It is not the typical home screen and it means some of prev data removed but not all, again you have to quit and wait. Been told it takes 20 minutes for crappy MyChart to clear the files/buffers, it should have done before. No helpful msg, no brains behind this app, been doing this for years. I have an appt in 2 hrs and I need my TEST RESULTS NOW !! Piece of SH_T. P.S. any complaints go to the hospital not the tech support, AGAIN USELESS !! I wish there was a petition we could have to identify just how bad this software is !! We are patients, it is OUR DATA, and we are ignored !!! By a incompetent tech support team, and ignorant of any feedback !!!!

mychart evara health. see previous june '26 review. I am adding that I received a phone call that I need to pay my $25 copay to a dr I never saw, much less is in Fl.

myChart is not for a patient's benefit, as it is purported to be . It is designed for the Doctor's benefits. I can never get any information at all, beyond what I already knew before going to the trouble of entering myChart. It only accepts more information from the partient. More specifically, it focuses on patient billing. MyChart is a. lie... a trick.

It does not work in my country. But still they spam my mail. They use hacked mail adresses
I realy hope they mess up with the wrong one with their phishing.

It is difficult to use. I can rarely find the document a health provider sends to me. It lists appointments that I went to years ago. It cannot be trusted so I end up calling my providers to set appointments, get refills. Whatever my hospital is paying for MyChart is wasted on an inept app.

This app is a glitchy mess. Like all the other medical apps we have been forced to download to get simple health care it manages to be unreliable and contradictory. It sends me texts that I have "important" info on the app and I find out the info is that the office will be closed for Christmas. These apps bombard me with unnecessary texts and often don't recognize my log in info. Shut these things down and put the money into hiring competent phone staff who answer phones in a timely manner and answer questions with competence. BTW every medicval professional I have spoken with about this agrees with me.

Trying to LINK 3 account together...sounds simple...NO SUPPORT WHICH IS TYPICAL FOR EXTREME Predatory CAPITALISM. NEVER SENS VERIFICATION... TOTALLY STRESSFUL AND UNHEALTHY

I could not link an account that I have had before My Chart even existed. My Chart Central does not recognize an existing account, therefore it is useless for me. I have uninstalled it. My Chart Central 09Customer Support did not help at all.

This service is terrible I cant even log into it my account , and why did this lady answer and have no idea what she was even talking about something about ollogy . Then said yall wasn't the my chart business

Use my fingerprint to log in but it still wants to send me a verification code, so what was the point of giving my biometrics. Have given up on it and gone back to good old letters.
