Does anybody use MyChart? I sent a message to my primary care and they have never responded. I was able to access MyChart and then I wasn't. My credentials are saved in bitwarden. No luck whatsoever with email or password reset. Called up MyChart and gave them at least 10 pieces of information and they still could not get access. These guys write crap code and could care less. Good luck with that business model! I'm done with MyChart... a blessing

Beyond obtuse. Receptionists, 3, they don't book you in, or answer phones so why they sit they wasting resources is beyond me! So you have to arrive on my chart, not that WiFi works in the hospital, my chart says to check with reception, I did, like typical "over assertive tyoes" got head bitten off "yoh don't have to do that!" So to recap, no instructions for what TO do only instructions to do what NOT TO DO 🤣

I've been trying for MONTHS (Months!) to get someone from MyChart to call me re my bill. They do not respond. No wonder their Trust Pilot ratings is so low.

App logged me off 3 times. My 2nd login attempt I was told to OOPS - Plz logoff - an impossibility as I am no longer logged on the app. I had to wait 30 minutes to login again. 3rd time logged in I was going from one TEST RESULT to another, I was again logged off. The mentally challenged folks do not consider opening multiple TST RSLTS as activity. So I am logged off within 10 minutes again+again+again. MYCHART is not SMART enough to realize that opening, reading multiple test results IS activity , no matter how fast or how often you do this ! So plan to be timed-out, & logged of in 10 minutes. FYI: The app is badly coded (shocked) such that it times out + logs you off, but does not reset your flags, so it thinks you are still logged in. This means that a subsequent login attempt will fail with a BRAINIAC msg "OOOOPS" ! MYCHART considers that you are still logged in (definitely not) and attempting to login multiple times. A child would know to clear any/all flags when timeout pops and you are being logged out. It is basic/simple closing practice. Been timed out of ONLINE BANKING many times of the years and NEVER HAD A FAILURE, not a one logging back in !! Such ignorance is ludicrous. Called help desk, leave a msg, and they will get back in 3 days !! God help us ! People are being hurt by this application !

By far the worst app on the planet. I only put 1 star just so O could write this review. Was this app made by a programmer who understands humans and user-friendly interfaces. What is most tragic about this app, among so many, is that this product is supposed to easy for regular people to use and access all of their medical records appointments, etc. which primarily defaults to olde people. This app operates like a giant pit of digital quicksand. It is the single most infuriating and poorly developed tool for an industry that desperately needs more clarity, simplicity and ease of use. Who created this cyber puzzle they have the nerve to call an app and how did so many giant hospitals, healthcare companies and medical organizations get hoodwinked into buying into this God-awful system. I cannot believe in the USA in 2026 people are left to navigate their medical history by traversing what can only be described as an electronic entanglement of poor programming. But try to call their “Tech Support” and you will likely speak to some who has absolutely no idea a) what you’re asking and b) how to help. They’ll lead you on for a few minutes, respond slowly and inaccurately bc they can’t quite understand your needs. Then the line will go silent (likely on hold) and you’ll never hear from them again. One can only hope that Apple decides to get into this healthcare space to untangle this winding labrynth of digital dreck. 000 stars.

Arbitrary and obscure rules! No consideration of patients before upgrades and configuration ! Insufficient testing of upgrades! Untrained tech reps! No public directories of providers or departments! Arrogant & unresponsive management! 15+ years of frustration!

The person I spoke with today was rude and hung up on me. I spoke with them 3:16 pm pacific time. Called back and no one would answer the phone I will continue to call back everyday until I speak with a supervisor or that person answers the phone so I can tell her how rude she is.

I switched from Kaiser Health to MarinHealth.
A "MY CHART" account was set up.

So, I had to add my new insurer, Alignment Health. Simple, one would think.

THREE HOURS LATER I STILL CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THIS SIMPLE THING!!!

I'VE WATCHED RTHREE OF THEIR VIDEOS---THE SCREENS THEY SHOW DO NOT COME UP ANYWHERE ON MY PC!!

I finally called the My Chart help line.
"Oh, the website is wrong. You cannot add insurance information on-line. You have to do it over the phone." By then it was 5pm, and billing was closed!

What kind of idiots are running this system??

My Hematologist wanted to do a Jak2 mutation test to see if I have Polycythemia Vera. I told him that I already had that done! I went on MyChart and showed him the results! It's amazing to be able to go on there and access it so easily, and to show it to him! It's an expensive test, so I didn't want to pay for it again! MyChart kept me from having to do that! I love it!

The MyChart for K.U., Advent, and Overland Park Regional Hospital have all been pretty much the same for me......Terrible! I had one week where I couldn't use MyChart at all because it told me: "Whoops, something whet wrong. Please try again later." I tried all week and got the same message over and over. It is a constant pain in the A--, as far as I am concerned. it s a nightmare to navigate and is the slowest loading app I've ever used. Their customer service is a joke. I called them about my getting message after message daily, that would all turn out to be nothing when I would log in. There would be zero messages. The just couldn't understand why that would happen, but they told me they could turn off all messaging. I was so frustrated at that point that I told them go ahead, do it! The messages continued unabated for days before finally stopping. Somehow ten years of my records have just disappeared from it! When you complain to te doctors about it they blame MyChart, when you call MyChart they blame the doctors....a classic "circle jerk." For awhile there was a two factor verification thing that at times wouldn't send the codes sp you couldn't log in. That has disappeared now so it must have gotten enough complaints that they stopped doing that but I'm sure it will be back to haunt me again. The concept is fine but like so many of todays tech they roll it out full of bugs that waste my time and with my health, I don't have that much time left and I damned sure don't want to waste it troubleshooting what some young techno nerd has "engineered" to stress people out who are already stressed out due to health related issues. MyChart is just one more facet of a Rotten healthcare system which is geared toward PROFIT first and foremost with health taking a back seat, and inefficiency is endemic. There are too many people in the business that lack a good work ethic and who have zero sympathy for the people they are supposed to serve. My daughter in law has been an R.N. with two major hospital CORPORATIONS and she agrees with me 100%. She is quite tech savvy and She has the same kind of problems I have just described, but the customer service folks always come off like it must be Me that is the problem. So goes U.S. customer service these days, IF you can call it U.S. when you usually get ahold of someone in Jack Squat Imdumbabad when you finally reach a real person, with children cryig and dogs barking in the background. MyChart is a perfect example of why I long for the days of land line phones and T.V.s tat weorked "right out of the box!"

I had a MyChart account for my child, myself, and as a guarantor for my child since they couldn’t put that into one account. I recently tried to combine them all into the MyChart central and now it deleted my account and my guarantor account. I don’t understand how they want me to pay billing/be able to look at my own information. I tried to delete the MyChart central account and unlink but there is no way to go back to the way it was. It was confusing and frustrating to have 3 accounts but now it’s even more ridiculous. I wish MyChart would go away.

The medical field is the most retarded field in the world. I’m dying and I gotta reset my password before I die tomorrow. How about a ucking call back and take my money and shut the ucl up

Its a mess. its march of 2026 and it wants you to do an E-check in for an appointment in 2029. No communication between you and your doctors. Available. Nocontact information on any of your doctors in network. It let's you know if and when a bill is generated..before your insurance pays..generates a different bill after your insurance pays. Each time sending you updates on how you can pay. The different methods you can pay. It definitely let's you know they want to get paid. But has little to nothing to do with your actual health concerns. But it will send you a message to pay your bill. It hides your own password from you like its some sorta national top level security from the CIA . If your part of the hospital staff..and you use this daily..its the only way this app is helpful.

this app is the most useless app ever it is never updated with test results ect it does not show any medical records so what is the point of it. the NHS app is a lot better

AWFUL!! My doctors group just switched from MyTeamCare portal which was always accessible and easy to use. I have not been able to either sign up or link accounts. I just get a constant round and round. I set up a password and FINALLY get to the site and NOTHING. there is absolutely nothing there. What's the point????? Is this a joke or a scam???? The portal that I have used for the past 10 years with UMC Health System and Texas Tech Physicians in Lubbock, Tx still works for now, so I will keep using that until I can't I guess. I had a walk in appointment last week for a major trauma to my sternum. the nurse practitioner sent me to X-ray a few steps away in another area. THE staff couldn't figure the new MyChart system so they sent me away. it is 10 days later and I still have not been able to get an X-ray. So yeah, MyChart sucks!!!!!

The website does not allow you to reset your password. As a last resort, I called the number on the bottom. The woman who eventually answered, was completely rude. She kept talking over me and finally said if I'm not in Louisiana she can't help me. This was on a general website, not specific to LA. I then asked how to reach Mychart in SC, she replied, "On your computer" and hung up.

My chart sucks. When I first started it worked fine but as time went by, I was unable to log in. They would send me a 6 number code by email and it would take 10-12 hours to get to me. By then the code had expired. I was told that now I must have a cell phone to receive the code. I don't have a cell phone so they basically told me that I couldn't't get on to my chart.

Dreadful, the message centre says that it will reply within 48 hours, I have been waiting 10 weeks.

I believe this is a scam. When I tried to log in to my healthcare website (Kaiser)this popped up but insisted I was entering the wrong login info. after a couple of tries and entering sensitive info I closed it out and got to the real login page for Kaiser. Be careful I think all of the problems that others have been having is due to this being a fishing site.
