Socks balled and lost colour after 1 wash. Company also not Australian as they state.

I ordered personalised socks for my husband's first Father's Day. While they arrived quickly, one of the socks had someone else’s face on it, which was very disappointing.
The quality was also poor, the socks weren’t made of cotton, and the printed design stretched out and showed the white fabric underneath. Because of the mix-up and the low quality, I requested a refund instead of a replacement.
At first, they only offered a partial refund, claiming the product was expensive to make, despite the error being entirely theirs. After several more emails, and only after I referenced my rights under Australian consumer law and questioned where the missing sock was (which featured my daughter’s face), they finally agreed to a full refund.
Overall, the experience was a waste of time, with poor customer service and a low-quality product.

Great products and great customer service!

Ordered 2 pairs, one of them was my dog’s face, she’s black. This one turned out awful- basically just a black smudge. They need to work on printing darker faces. The other pair was good.

I ordered something and wanted to change the size of what I had ordered. I received a very quick response and was advised that I was able to modify the order. Still to receive the goods but so far so good 😊

I think it’s incredibly misleading to represent as an Australian based business then have all the orders shipped out of china which take forever.
Also the quality of the printing is terrible. My socks have come and the pictures are pixilated and faces are warped. Entirely unimpressed.

These guys are great- good communication and timely reply to my questions. The undies are great material and the printing is super clear!

Easy process to order Father’s Day gift, that’s cool and something unique. Although my order was partially incorrect, I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and send out a new product. Before they did that, I got an email to approve the final product.

Ordered a Christmas present in December 2024. Researched the company said was Australian. I have wasted much time and communication giving this company the benefit of the doubt to no avail!! They have successfully taken my money and I have no product despite their constant reassurance that they will send it in 7 -14 days. Have waited 7 months before writing this review and I’m done. Don’t order from them!!

Quick and easy
Came back as it was advertised

We bought shirts and put a photo and the age of the person we were celebrating on it. The shirts turned out so much better than we ever expected. The photo is super clear and sizing is right. The shirts are thin, but I think that is what you get these days. The only draw back was that the promised discount at the start of the order could only be added to one size. Not the whole order. So that was deceiving as it was not disclosed clearly at all.

The material of the tee is SO bad. Shiny and see through. Only giving 1 star because my babies cute face is on it. Terrible, terrible quality. The worst I’ve ever purchased. So disappointed.

I thought the company was based in Australia, however tracking came from China. It tooks weeks to ship, and missed the Christmas deadline. The socks didn't arrive till January. The material was terrible, the quality of the print was terrible and you could hardly make out the face on the socks. Waste of money, and will never order again.
