NOT WORKING!!-very unprofessional and no able to contact them

i did set up my account 9 weeks ago.
2 weeks before my event, the system is not working
( Error Code: E08)
I am NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY GIFT!

Do not waste your money

You cannot use this for free as advertised and we had major difficulty even activating the registry. This was a blessing in disguise as we realised that there were ridiculous surcharges for transactions. There are better websites that don’t charge the user and charge the companies that your guest buy from. Would not recommend to anyone unless they like paying for transaction fees and activation fees to create a registry. Website is not easy to use at all, could not load multiple items. You had to save each item.

High Transaction Fee

Overall UI and process was simple and easy but a $13.60 fee on a gift registry donation seems extortionate. Assuming there are 100 guests at a wedding that's $1360 in transaction fees.
