Super Great only thing if there were most gifts just sent not buy to bring as live in very remote region so gifts might not arrive in time to bring and gift.

Easy & quick to use

Easy & quick to use.
I would like to have been able to select 2 items to purchase together but couldn’t see any way to do that so had to do it separately which is a bit clunky and feels a bit messy, especially for a wedding gift.

One of my guests had an issue when


One of my guests had an issue when trying to make a contribution, an error message appeared. I contacted customer service via their email address and received a response within minutes. They also refunded the test contribution myself and my Mum had made which was greatly appreciated.

I have decided to not go ahead with using the registry for my own reasons, but I cannot fault the customer service responses.

Beware .. Caution .. Fraud

Beware: it's potentially a fraud website. They took our money for premium service. None of the guests were able to pay as the payments errors out. The phone number provided rings to someone who does not have any knowledge of this website. The email address becomes non responsive after a couple of back and forths.

They are potentially storing credit card information for fraud.

Hello Krish, this is an extremely disappointing review.

Firstly, we don't offer phone support so I have no idea what phone number you're referring to.

It should be pointed out that your original support request was logged on a Friday and our team don't operate on the weekends.

In addition you logged multiple support request tickets, via multiple channels in very rapid succession which actually makes it slower for us to respond.

In spite of this we still attempted to respond to your request on the weekend, outside of our service hours and yet we were met with hostility, disrespect and aggressive language.

Normally that would prompt us to simply disconnect and block you from communicating with us, as our staff deserve to be treated respectfully, especially when we're trying to help you.

However we persisted until we were able to reach a resolution for you.

After all of that, it is very disappointing to see this review from you making defamatory statements about our service which we take very seriously.
