Super Great only thing if there were most gifts just sent not buy to bring as live in very remote region so gifts might not arrive in time to bring and gift.

Super easy to use

Super easy to use. Allows you to choose a gift, choose amount of money, leave a message and pay in a couple of clicks! Great on mobile phone as well. Much better than ordering online or having to go to the store to buy, and everyone gets what they want.

Initially Gift Registry looked like a


Initially Gift Registry looked like a good platform to use. However I absolutely do not recommend this. First of all there are a number of fees associated with cash gifts. We lost $250 + when they imposed credit card charges. In addition, all our information, profile, private messages were open and searchable via google - not just the list of gifts - everything! It's been a 1.5 years and I keep requesting for them to remove our account, am still trying. Do not use this paltform.

Hi Karen, thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback for us. You've raised several issues which span over a long period of time so please allow me to provide some clarity for you.

I looked back over your account and can see that you opted to allocate funds to a product which does attract additional fees.

However these fees were nowhere near $250, but in any case all our fees are clearly stated on our pricing page, and also shown prior to confirming the order so that you have the opportunity to change your order, and avoid those fees.

If you had chosen to use any of the other products that we offer, there would have been $0 additional fees whatsoever.

You're correct the gift registry page is public to make it easy for guests to access. This can be made private but we did not receive any request from the account holder.

I can see that your original request to close the account was received by us on 26/10/2020 however as per our response on the same day, you did not send your request from the email address associated with the account in question.

We take security extremely seriously so I'm sure that you understand that we can't just go deleting accounts from people who may or may not be associated with the account in question.

At the time we asked you to re-send your request from the email address linked to the account so that we could action it immediately for you.
However we never received any response, until we received an email today from the correct email address.

If you have not received our response to the email you sent us today, please be advised that your account has now been closed.

I like the idea of sending money gift


I like the idea of sending money gift online it's a lot more convenient and practical too!

However as i was using a prepaid card, i had to change the amount a few times to fit in the extra charge too.. it would have been easier to be able to change amount on the same page so i didnt have to go back and forth.

This was so easy and quick to use! Plus the layout was appealing. The only thing to improve, would be to know how much other people already put towards any particular item.

Very convenient

I found contributing via My Gift Registry very convenient and it didn't matter that I left it to the last minute. Also I saved the cost of a card which I added to my gift.
