My Way Travel レビュー 

I decided to book with My Way Travel because I wanted an experienced travel agency to provide a tailored and safe experience for my elderly parents and toddler son. It was a little rocky to begin with as I discovered that our flights were booked with names in the reversed order (first names were entered in as last names and vice versa). When I discovered this error months before our travel date, I notified the travel agent and was told that everything was corrected (this is after all, his profession and responsibility).

To my shock, as my entire family and I were at the airport at 4AM, we discovered that we could not board our flight because of this error. I was at the airline counter for over 2 hours as we called the travel agent, the airline, and anyone else we could to try to have this error corrected. It was an awful feeling seeing the time tick down and there was nothing that we could to do salvage our first international trip since our son was born. Even the people said to me "I would be in tears if I were you".

This was an awful experience that I don't wish upon anyone. The only remedy that was offered was a credit to use for a future booking.

If you can imagine all the money that was spent on an international flight and travel itinerary for 5 people, this was not cheap, and I'm still trying to get my money back in 3 months later.

Warning to all prospective clients: This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this company. It looked like they received great reviews, but they have no good reviews in recent years.

We recently planned a trip for four people through Indochina – we were in the area for just under four weeks. My Way Travel planned our trip and made sure that we fit everything into our schedule. We happened to have great weather the entire trip; we highly recommend that you head there in January. Tuan, our guide, was great at replying to us promptly. We were always informed of how the trip planning was going – it was nice to play a role in the preparation of the trip. All of our drivers and tour guides spoke great English and had clean cars. Our favorite spot was Inle Lake – we recommend you stay there as long as possible. My Way Travel is an excellent service if you’re looking for a custom trip at an affordable price.

I used My Way Travel to plan my personal trip to SEA Asia – I visited Myanmar and Laos. I was delighted with the service that I received. Our travel consultant Kevil was great to work with. Unlike other travel agents that I’ve worked with in the past, Kevil was excellent at replying to all my questions. I was sure to get a response within 24 hours of contacting him – a pleasant change from my past experiences. In addition, he was very easy to get hold of throughout my trip. I had an instance where I didn’t enjoy a room, he was able to contact management and arrange for me to be moved into a new room immediately. It was good knowing I had someone to help me out – it can sometimes be intimidating traveling in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language. I was nervous about working with a travel agency based in Vietnam, but it actually helped to have a team that knew the language and the culture of the area. Almost every single one of my guides was perfect, there was only one that had minor communication issues. Regardless, everyone was friendly and did their best to make sure I enjoyed my trip. I highly recommend My Way Travel and hope to have another trip with them soon.

I wanted to visit Burma and Laos, and after trolling some sites and Trip Advisor, I bumped into My Way Travel. I really liked the fact that they had so many good reviews, and after reaching out to the team, I realized why. They helped me plan such a great trip between the two countries and made the entire process stress free. Each destination that I wanted to squeeze into my itinerary was worked into the plan (Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Inle, Bagan, Mandalay and Yangon), and there was always something exciting and interested waiting at each destination. I had also heard that accommodation in Burma was a bit shaky, so I was really happy to find out that My Way Travel had a number of go-to spots already picked out for me. I had no complaints and really loved this portion of the journey.
During the day, the guides did an amazing job keeping me informed and during the evenings, I always got a check in call from the team seeing how things were going. Any time I had any issues (nothing major), things were always worked out for me almost immediately. I felt like I had someone looking out for my best interest at all points of the trip, and as a result was really comfortable for the duration. I’m happy to recommend My Way Travel to other fellow travelers- if you want an amazing trip to any portion of Southeast Asia, My Way Travel will make it happen.

We booked a 16 day private tour to Vietnam and Myanmar in the last minute. Our travel consultant Emily so understanding, that she answered all our questions and emails almost immediately. She organized our tour that consists of Hanoi, Halong Bay, Mai Chau, Hoi An, Saigon, Mekong delta, Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay and Inle Lake flawlessly. Our trip also included the five star Hotels/Cruises and flights. The tour guides in each location were very friendly and informative. For them our comfort was the top in their agenda. The countryside was spectacular and the local food was great. Not only we learned a touch of history, but also about their religion Buddhism in person and I have to say that was fascinating. The people that we came in contact with or people we saw were smiling at us. Our trip was so beautiful and we would definitely recommend this tour and MWT to anybody who wants to visit Asia.

This was the exact trip we were hoping for. We had such a great time traveling through Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and made some amazing memories in each country. Luang Prabang was simply stunning, Vietnam’s cities were vibrant and culturally fascinating (our side trip to Halong Bay was beautiful) and Cambodia was quite the eye opening experience. Mr. Panha perfectly balanced out the shocking recent history in Phnom Penh with the timeless beauty of Angkor Wat. His “Cambodian smile” was always warming up the atmosphere as well- so pleasant traveling with him! A highly recommended trip!

I JUST returned from my trip to Southeast Asia and was quite moved by the travel experience. I flew into Bangkok for a short stay before making my way to Siem Reap. My Way Travel had a wonderful guide waiting for me there to take me through the Angkor Complex and ultimately down to Phnom Penh (via river, which was quite the cool experience!). Upon arriving in the capital, I visited the Genocide Museum & Killing Fields- quite the raw experience. It was so striking to reflect on the joy, kindness and genorisity I received from the Cambodian people, even after they’ve been through such a tumultuous history. I made my way through the Mekong into Vietnam, where I ended my tour in Ho Chi Minh. The Cu Chi Tunnel Complex & War Remnants Museum stood out above all the other experiences and really topped off my time in Southeast Asia. I went back home feeling so much more informed, appreciative and thankful of my own background. A big shout out to My Way Travel for such an eye opening experience, I can’t thank you enough.

We had Stephen from My Way Travel arrange our Halong Bay trip. He organized our airport transfers (from when we landed in Hanoi), hotel pickups to the port, guides, drivers and everything else. We opted for the 3 day Signature Cruise which took us through Bai Tu Long Bay, giving us a much more private, less touristy experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and our stay on the boat was equally as enjoyable. A big thanks to Stephen for turning us on to such a wonderful & alternative Halong Bay experience. He was extremely timely, professional and flexible working with our travel needs and budget.
