Called in this morning with a slow puncture, one of the guys here had it up for Inspection straight away and found a screw in centre of tyre .
The repair was done promptly and I found the staff professional and friendly.

Manager Roy and his team Chris & Jason were brilliant! I had a puncture on the way to work.
I was fitted in promptly and they were kind and sympathetic to my concerns light.
The puncture was soon sorted and I was back in work in next to no time. A big help to me.
I’d like to thank Roy and his team and recommend their helpful attitude.

After being allowed to order 4 new tyres online to be fitted at Hawthorne Road at a set time, I was advised in arrival that they did not have the tyres in store. This is through no fault of the garage but you shouldn't be allowed to book online if no tyres are available. Brian was amazing at the garage, he rang around to see who had tyres and managed to collect them the following morning from other garages and fitted them. Although it was an inconvenience having to go back and forth to the garage, I cannot fault the service I received from Brian and his staff

AVOID car went in for 2 new tyres supposed to fit 2 new valves as stated on the website i ordered from (tyreshopper) new valves where not fitted also they didn't even fit the tyres i ordered they gave me the cheaper version with worse rating in the wet/fuel and thought i wouldn't notice. Couple days later 1 of the tyres is flat so took the car back and got told "My wheels need refurbing some absolute crap and they had fitted new valves when i first came in" funny that i have a picture from the day they did it when i got back then the day i got it back again and voila 1 valve is now new but not the other! also knocked my tracking off as they don't balance your wheels.

Had a slow puncture, losing air after filling up 4 hrs earlier. These lads were great, called in 11am and told pop bk 2pm and it was sorted. Screw in tyre, only picked car up 8 days earlier and wasnt expecting puncture. The lads sorted it all out, mended tyre, and they were polite and helpful. Have used previously with other car and had same courteous service. Ta lads 👍

We got a puncture on a rainy Sunday afternoon. and Brian & Thomas at the Hawthorne rd, Bootle garage sorted it out, even with just half an hour to closing!
The guys were brilliant and we would recommend them highly.

A very busy site that seems well managed and organised. Excellent work completed on time and all ran to time. Everything explained afterwards as well, I was very impressed.

Baught from before and that's why going back as good service

As always a first class service from a first class provider the staff at Hawthorne Rd Liverpool premises where spot on

Just avoid - car never moved for a day it was there. Manager and area rep covered up.

Again it was booked in for tracking something that another reviewer as left negative feedback on.

Unless you're markets with the lads avoid (they will happily fit their mates in delaying people who pre-booked appointments in advance)

Found the online booking service much better and user friendly than competitor sites.Price and options available were good and staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I arrived to have my tyres fitted and alignment done only to be informed my tyres had not been ordered!

This isn't the fault of the branch as they were genuinely apologetic but this is a job at the ordering department.

How can you take £520 from a customer and not order their tyres!

Ok I gave you 3stars, the probs for me we’re customer care ,car was booked in for 8:30 am had to wait till 9:00 am to hand my keys in ,was told they would ring when ready ,I asked about a couple of little things they could look at while they had the car was more than willing to pay but was told we don’t do anything like that here quite abruptly .oh ok I said and left.when I got a call to tell me to collect my car ,when I arrived a young man asked me what I wanted ,I told him I was here to pick my car up . He handed me my keys and a receipt not a word about anything and off he went ,there was another young man in the room and I asked him what was wrong with his mate ,he told me to take no notice and he explained to me that a report would be sent via email ,he was really nice . I don’t understand why the first young man was so off hand ,it has put me off maybe not using national again sorry .

Easy to use Web site no problems booking fitting for new tyres

Quality tyres at reasonable prices with discount offers on multiple purchases and then a payment plan on top of that. Why wouldn’t you get tyres from here.
