I am truly thankful for National Debtline, I couldn't have done it without the knowledge, guidance and support from the team. The links they send for letters, research about funding, cutting costs due to extremely low income/mental health etc. I would recommend anyone using National Debtline, they make you feel comfortable, non-judgmental, friendly. Just call them, it is ok and you are safe with them. Be open and honest, I am still working with them. Thank you very much.

Harrassing
Keep getting phone calls from several different numbers all over England have asked them to stop calling me but keep phoning 5-6 times a day starting to get rather annoying

Thank you for your review. We are really sorry to hear that you have been experiencing recent calls like this. We can confirm that these calls were not made by National Debtline as we do not make outbound calls.
We have had a number of reports recently similar to your experience and having done some further investigation, it appears that some disreputable organisations are calling numbers and pretending to be us, or they have similar names to us, in order to take advantage of our good reputation with the aim of either selling products or obtaining details from that individual. Please block these numbers in the future.

Fantastic advice

Debtline was there for me
Debtline was there for me when I didn’t know where to turn. It provided confident and useful advice and put me in touch with the correct path for my family personal circumstances. I will use it and am using their tools to help me plan the next steps. It’s not a magic wand but it really helps to order your thoughts when everything is seeming so hopeless and troubling. The service is free so no strings and no cost.

Excellent service, highly competent
Patience in collecting the relevant info from me, then very clear feedback on the process and next steps I needed to take. Gave me confidence to proceed without spending money on lawyers (at least for now)
