For debt management National debt line is a great service. It will put your mind at rest by giving you great advice on how to manage your current debt situation.

Helpful and made sense when explained in understandable language

Extremely helpful and really made me feel the pressure was off a little, having the right advice and knowing what I had to do next. Still on going so if I need more help I will definitely be turning to nation debtline. They made it seem alot easier. Thank you

Needed help for a family member. Found this debt-line to be so helpful. Accepted my request to talk on behalf of my sister. I didn’t feel patronised or embarrassed. Such lovely kind people. The help and advise that was given was a great help.

I received a call back and was placed on hold for approximately 30 minutes before a call handler became available. Throughout the call, the handler gave the impression that she was keen to end the conversation. Whenever I asked a question or was unable to locate the financial information she requested quickly enough, she repeatedly suggested that I should contact other organisations instead. At one point, I even asked whether I was preventing her from finishing work for the day, due to the way the call was being handled.
During the financial assessment, her questions were unclear, and on several occasions she returned to asking about my property and its value, despite the fact that I had already provided this information and that my only debt related to my energy supply. I clearly explained that I did not want to call back, as it had taken me months to reach this point and I was hoping to resolve the matter during this call. Her whole tone sounded judgemental. I also explained that if the call ended, I would likely feel overwhelmed and delay progressing the issue.
Partway through providing my financial details, while I was speaking the call went dead, and I did not receive a call back.

Excellent service and advice

The lady who gave me the advice put me at ease which made me then look at things in perspective. I felt to see if I could manage things a lot better once I could see clearer. The ad she gave me was informative and clear. I like the fact that I could speak to her on the telephone and she backed everything up with an email. I would definitely recommend this service if you think you are in trouble

A very helpful company in the advice given to me

The women i talked to was really help told her i was really low on gas an she sorted that out straight away got sent to vouchers which as really helped me

Talked to a lovely lady, knowledgeable and empathetic--she sent me sample letters to question the horrible letter I received out of nowhere and reassured me that she/they would be there for me if needed.

The advice is so professional.It is in context ,boundaries of Our Laws of the land.
