Products are great, customer service is great.

The order process was very easy and I received the product shortly after! Great service

It took almost a week for the shipment to reach us, no email confirmation regarding the shipment or tracking number, found it behind the recycling bin after having reached out to the customer service for a refund as I had no idea it had been delivered by the Royal Mail so it was a bit stressful

High quality products and perfect quick service.

Only got half of my order and still waiting on the other half

Very impressive product is Lake Klamath blue green algae.
Had a positive response after a week of taking the supplement.

I placed my order on Friday morning with delivery quoted as 3-6 working days. The confirmation email said "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."

I had no further update by email, so I was very surprised when the order was delivered the very next day, Saturday, and left with a neighbour while I was out.

Three days later (Tuesday) the website still says "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready." Obviously some issues with communication between different systems. But overall, very happy to have received my order!

Took the money instantly and then said the product is out of stock. Wasted my precious time. Don’t bother buying from them

Easy process with efficient service and delivery

The package took nearly 14 days to arrive at destination city and i had to collect it myself from postoffice or i miss my plane

The goods arrived as expected.

I provided the correct address, but my payment method defaulted to my old address. I let Nature’s Balance know within seconds of making purchase.

Their response? Silence for five days. Then a very unhelpful email saying my item was already on its way to the wrong location.

“Nothing we can do,” they said. No compensation, no discount, no effort to make things right. "That order is lost."

Probably won’t be ordering with them again.

Clicked on a link to this website from a google search and was sent an ‘activate your subscription’ email. I hadn’t added my email or signed up to anything- i had simply looked at the product page.
Deleted and blocked. Creepy.

Quick delivery, items were as described and the soaps were highly scented, many thanks. 5 stars!!!
