I’m making my second order with Navneet and he has been super helpful and accommodating with my requests. The first purchase went smoothly and the teal sapphires and coloured sapphires with inclusions were as pictured and looks great!

Lovely sapphires, accurate pictures and very easy to deal with.
Delivery was super fast!

As I was mentioning to Navneet the other day. I honestly do not remember how I came across his firm. But, I am glad I did.
Navneet Gems; is an organisation based out from Thailand.
They have one of the finest selection of Gems.
Along with that they have the finest people working behind and front of the scene.
We’ve been doing business for I think a year now. And it has been indeed a lovely journey.

We had reliable sales with this company prior, but after a lapse in management, they wouldn't accept our most recent order.
After reaching out multiple times and pulling receipts from prior orders they kept telling me to order more and more even though I was ordering the same amount as prior.
They were unresponsive and nowhere on their website did they mention an order minimum even though we were willing to order thousands of dollars in gems.
Word to the wise, add a price guide and ordering minimum to your site for customers. Instead of playing guessing games.

Ordered a wide variety of gemstones from Navneet Gems & Minerals and they were delivered very well, in order, safely packed and shipped fast via FEDEX. Will recommend them! Very reliable and great customer service.
