It is very difficult to find honest dealers in this industry. However with Navneet Gems we never had any issues, even though I discovered them online and never had a face to face. Been dealing with them for past 4-5 years. It feels like a family business (as I have dealt with the father as well). You get great deals and great service. The person (I deal with Navneet, himself) is ready to discuss with you in regards to what you need and advise accordingly. Quantity is also not an issue, normally we purchase a stone or 2 at a time, and he's always ready to entertain me.

Recently, I had the opportunity to deal with Navneet. I was looking for some nice stones and contacted Naveetgems. In the first e-mail reply itself, I was told that they concentrate on corporate business and not retail. However, when I mentioned that it was for a special occasion (25th anniversary), without any hesitation, Navneet offered me his help and guided me in selecting the right stones. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with him - very fast replies with all the needed details, within a week I got what I was looking for. Navneet has been a great help getting custom stones cut to meet the needs of my jewellery line. He offers high quality stones that, even when quite small or difficult, are cut very well. He's always available for questions and comments through the whole process and is extremely helpful!

Navneet gems has been very reliable and accommodating throughout all of my orders and sets high standards for quality. They're also a transparent company and strive for proper cutting/sourcing work conditions and compensation. That's something that I've been happy with as well when working with them. I originally gave them a good review. Their product was nice. The problem is that they quoted me one price, and then withheld the last bunch of rings because they wanted to change the price. When I refused to give them more money, they kept my rings. I was out a lot of money and never got the final bunch of rings. Never again. In reply, I sent you the total amount that I was originally asked for. IF you were going to charge me more, you should have told me that before I sent you the money, not after you had thousands of my dollars. I will not send another penny, so we are still in the same position we were. You have the rings, I don't.

Great communication from the seller, good prices, and nice quality gems! Ordered custom shapes of lapis, moonstone and labradorite and all were very nice, I will be ordering again.
