Great products! I ordered 4 stones, and they arrived quickly without any problems. I recommend that the store add the customs fees to the shipping price to avoid problems when delivering. Anyway, great! I highly recommend the website. Also, some reviews on this website are posted by competitors who have not bought here.

I had placed 4 orders for gems from this site during the last 3 years. The hole procedure went fast and absolutely correct. Stones were certified and in accordance with the description. Good quality and trustworthy. Those one-star ratings in here along with negative comments seem strange to me as they unspecified and do not describe the quality of the product or transaction.

Shop is super easy to navigate through all kinds of gems/stones, excellent processing, quick delivery, top stones. In 02+03/2022 I ordered several articles a few times for Austria/Europe. I got some stones already done as jewellery and my local goldsmith was amazed by price/quality, too. Highly recommended!

Due to two recent bad experiences, I did not want to do business anymore with sites that don't use phone support, well, Thomas Dahlberg at GemSelect Customer Support changed my mind and renewed my faith. Thomas was just fantastic in helping me solve my problem over email. Thomas found the correct size gemstone to fit into my existing setting. I gave him the 3 dimensions for my oval cabachon and within a day he went through the myriad of gems on their site and sent me back 10 gem options. That was so so helpful. Thank you Thomas, your customer service skills and your timely email replies were on point.

I'd also like to thank the entire Gemselect team as the ordering and shipping process was just smooth and impeccable.

Oh, did I mention my order shipped out the next day from Thailand to Florida and I received the Gemstone in 3 days using their express shipping option.

Excellent service as a customer from Ireland. Standard shipping is not available to Ireland, and parcels must be delivered through FedEx. I got my 2 sapphires in the post 3 days after my order was processed. Thomas is an exceptional worker. Thanks Gemselect.

I bought 2 cabochon amethyst stones. I really wasn't sure what to expect because frankly here in the USA you would pay much more and get treated clouded stones. The stones arrived in a timely fashion with great customer service. Most importantly they were beautiful. Now to create a piece of jewelry to do them justice. Thank you, GemSelect! I visited Gem Sec with a car key which had lost the code and would not function. Stuart served me at the counter and first of all checked that the key was transmitting. He then consulted a website instruction source and printed the instructions to re-code the key. This was easily possible because I had carried with me another functioning key and had my car parked at the shop. Stuart sat in the car and after several attempts, using the instructions, he achieved the coding of the key. He then told me there was no charge for this small service. Rare and impressive business ethics. I recommend this company for any requirement which can be met by them.

I would recommend everyone to buy gemstones from gemselect. They have the best customer service, quick replies and very honest opinions. Their price is reasonable but they don't sacrifice the quality. Thanks to Thomas for being helpful and patient to answer all my questions.
