Top Quality Goods and Service
Nemesis Now was brilliant from the opening of a trade account right up to our first delivery. Payment was simple and shipping was handled internationally with ease. The quality of the products far exceed others we have had in stock, from now on we will get Nemesis Now products over other alternatives.

I placed an order and forgot to include…
I placed an order and forgot to include the items on my favourites page. I sent an email explaining this and I was able to add these items to my order before it was processed. Since I live in the US it saved me from having to place a second order and paying shipping again. Thank you Victoria!

Just one area of concern
I have been a regular customer of Nemesis Now for many years. In all that time I have found their service to be excellent, and the standard of help from staff to be top notch. In all this time there has only been one niggling concern, which I have constantly mentioned, but has not been addressed. I am sure I am not only in this concern, and I am sure attention to it would enhance the experience of all customers.
When a new item is being released you afford customers the opportunity to pre order, (which I do on a regular basis). Unfortunately when these goods come into stock you do not send them automatically unless the order reaches a certain monetary level. This is fair enough, but you do not message the customer to tell them pre ordered items are now in stock.
As a busy retailer I do not have the time to constantly check your website to check on the progress of such items. There have been times I have placed pre orders and then only found out the items are in stock when I notice someone else selling them !!!
The whole purpose of placing a pre order is so you will get stock as soon as it arrives. There is always a wave of purchases for a new product, and as a retailer I need to catch this. If I place a pre order, and then get the item days later you have to ask what is the purpose of placing such an order.
It must be possible these days to register pre orders, and then inform the customer when that item is due to arrive. That would be a proper pre order service, and would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback, we are constantly looking to improve our services wherever we can, it is greatly appreciated.
You raise a valid point. We are working to improve our back-order system to include the following features to our website:
- All pre-orders will be checked and managed on the website by the customer.
- When items are available on our website, we will notify customers, via email, text and/or as they log in to their account reminding them that items are available from a previous pre-order, asking them if they would like to add them to their cart or cancel them. Otherwise, we are holding onto free stock that is in demand.
- If customers have pre-orders that become available they should get an email notifying them these items are now available and that these items are still on pre-order with a due date (if they require more stock) and prompting them to log in to the website to schedule the delivery and pay for the order.
We are currently undergoing various upgrades to our systems so unfortunately, we can not provide an estimated completion date for these specific features. Rest assured, we are working to complete them as soon as possible.

Usually when I buy stock from wholesalers in Glasgow I can get maybe 5p of per item when you buy a pack but with Nemesis on certain items if you buy a pack/inner carton you can get maybe a pound or so off each item which all adds up. Free delivery also on orders over £100 which you can easily hit if you have a trade account like me.

Brilliant service as usual and the warehouse staff following the guidelines of distancing & ppe, everyone is polite and friendly from phone calls to collection. It's great having a wholesalers like this that's just a couple of miles away so I can pick up one-off orders when needed.
