Excellent as always,have had no problems with my order. Only issue is the site it buffers a lot and I can only be on it for a short while before I can't see anything of the pictures.

I love the products, BUT

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our packing and delivery times. I can confirm that your order was dispatched within our 7-day window and it was handed to our courier on 18/02/2022. Our customer services team have let me know that Norweigian customs currently have your order and have advised you of this.
Rest assured, we are working to resolve this for you. As you might imagine, it is more difficult since your order is already overseas and with customs.

No issues ordering ,but the follow up…
No issues ordering ,but the follow up on delivery is always slow and poor communication with delivery company. Would definitely prefer DPD as they give you a time slot on the day of arrival.

I really wanted to love Nemesis but…
I really wanted to love Nemesis but unfortunately the minium spend of £400+VAT for the first order is extremely steep. There are some products I love which would be a great fit for my shop but some are not. I struggled to find enough products to add to my basket that I would actually stock in my shop to meet the high minimum spend. I could understand £150 min spend like most wholesalers but I didn't want to purchase things that won't suit my shop just to meet the minimum spend. It seems slightly unfair and off putting for small businesses. Also as a small business before I stock a high volume of products I like to see what sells well and what doesn't, I also like to see the quality of the products. I try to invest my money carefully. I did call today as my basket is over £300 excluding VAT to see if I could pay but I got told no that's the way it is. Makes no sense as the minimum spend after your first order isn't so steep and according to other businesses iv spoken too this must be a new thing but maybe nemesis do not want small businesses like me purchasing from them? Very disappointing.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our current first minimum order value. Please be assured we are not trying to deter smaller businesses from becoming trade customers. We have taken every opportunity to make trade applicants aware of our first minimum order value at several points before they are able to submit an application.
The decision to increase our first minimum order value was not taken lightly. We have increased our first minimum order value for a number of reasons including to better qualify new customers due to the overwhelming number of applications we are receiving. Also, we have considered a number of other factors including the historical average value of first minimum orders. We acknowledge that this change might impact the time it takes for new customers to create their first order as they build the value of their cart to meet the minimum value.
We fully understand that not all of our products will be suitable for your store and you might want to mitigate risk by viewing our products in person before making a purchase. That is why we recommend that you make an appointment to visit our showroom, we regularly host virtual and in-person showroom events from our main offices in Stoke-on-Trent. Also, we regularly attend the Spring and Autumn Fair at the NEC, Birmingham. We even have travelling Sales Representatives operating across the UK who will be happy to offer you personalised product recommendations and take your order at your store at a time to suit you. Items they sell are amazing along with the prices. Their only drawback for me is the communication. No warning about a 6 box delivery and could maybe speed their delivery time up. Other than that first class.

Excellent company
Great company to deal with. Been buying from them for about 10 years. Quality products with amazing new designs every few months.
Only downside is the couriers! However, that is not Nemesis' fault.
