Fantastic service as per always
Fantastic service as per always, one item was slightly damaged but easily fixed as it had just unglued itself from the factory. Always a pleasure, can't wait for the new stock in February.

Top Notch in Every way!
Nemesis Now is fantastic to get my items for my shop from.

Nemesis Now provide excellent quality alternative and fantasy collectibles and goods. The customer service is excellent and the items are always packed well for the journey meaning minimal possibility or damage to goods. Excellent to work with and would recommend them every time!!

Hope for the better
In the previous order, the whole bunch of goods was divided and packed into 3 boxes, with an invoice for each box, which allowed us to know what exactly was in each box, which was very convenient. But this time, although all the items were packed in 3 boxes too, the invoice was just 1 for the total order. So, when we will be retrieving the order from the third-party forwarder and then from the customs, it will be hard to prove what exactly is in, let's say, box number 1, because there is no separate invoice for the content in each box. It might cause us great trouble, so now we are just waiting and hoping that the customs office will not initiate any checks at their side.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the invoices as you did before. Any shipments we send to Russia we have to send a Band C invoice which breaks down what is in each box (we have to do it for all rest of the world countries). You had three boxes sent so we should have supplied 3 invoices with the shipment.

Sent me a faulty item and wouldn't collect it, when I managed to send it back over three weeks ago they refuse to give me a refund, customer service is always conveniently busy
