The notification of defects sent…
The notification of defects sent punctually (with photos) of my last order has not yet been answered.
In addition, the backorder system seems to me to be rather uncoordinated, especially for larger orders. On the one hand, shipping for the backorder items is included in the calculation of an order. On the other hand, the items that are available again in the meantime will not be counted or delivered with the next order. Unfortunately the whole system is not really flexible. The only solution would be if I were to deposit money directly for possible backorders. Best regards, Jürgen

Very happy new customer
New customer here. Have only made two orders so far, but will definitely be buying more. Absolutely wonderful service and shipping is fairly fast as well. The products I have bought for my online store have all been of a very high quality and are beautifully made.

An exceedingly good supplier.
Customer service at Nemesis has, over the years that I have traded with them, never failed to exceed what is required. The sale of their products matches this service and amongst many different products I sell the Nemesis range has become indispensable.
