Had a great experience both purchasing and having a cabinet delivered.

In store, staff were incredibly helpful talking us through options and working out the size of the components as delivered (to make sure they'd fit!)

During delivery Alfi and Josh were incredibly professional, were careful and considerate in bringing in the components and were fast and efficient in building the cabinet!

We highly recommend the team at Neptune Bury St Edmunds. We had our initial design consultation with Lara in the Bury St Edmund's showroom in March 2025 and our kitchen was fitted in February/March 2026 - the timing was due to the ongoing full renovation of our property. The Neptune team consulted with and worked alongside our contractors to smooth through the logistics of the project management. Throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for Lara from the initial walk around the beautiful Bury showroom, examining details of the kitchens on display and listing our preferences. At all times, there was no pressure on us to place our order or rush a decision and we were allowed to progress at our own pace rather than Neptune's. Lara was consistently available to answer queries either face to face or by phone or email - we felt that we were in professional and capable hands from start to finish. The team at Neptune were clearly dedicated to giving us the best possible customer experience and achieving the realisation of our aspirations and vision for our new kitchen. The Neptune team put customer satisfaction at the top of their list of priorities and go the extra mile to rectify any issues quickly and efficiently. Needless to say, we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and the appliances purchased on our behalf and installed by Neptune. A special thanks to the dedicated team involved - Lara for her first class design services, Bethan for her support and customer liaison, James for the installation management, Mitch for his unbelievable hand painted finish. We consider our gorgeous Neptune kitchen to be the focal point of our home's renovation.

We had a new chairs delivered yesterday. Shane and Joe were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The dogs took to them and just wanted cuddles. Which were dished out freely. As always with Neptune a fabulous experience.

Another 5* delivery from Alfi and Kieran - what a lovely couple of lads, courteous and professional - packaging removed, delivery made and you wouldn’t even known they’d been there - other companies would do well to train their staff to these standards - it’s a measure of the company’s overall high quality, be it the store staff (Bury St Edmunds for me), store presentation, range of product and the guys who deliver - and most importantly, the only store my husband will spend time in…mmm unsure if that really is a positive for me🤣

The whole experience was enjoyable and helpful. As always the assistants were friendly and helpful. The shop itself we love because of all the lovely things of high quality. It supports you much more perfectly to see and feel what things would be like in your home, which you cannot do on the internet.

Excellent service from discussions in store (Bury St Edmunds) with Lucy through to order and delivery today by Andre and Liam. Lucy took the time to run through the options and helped us to choose the right sofa which goes perfectly in the room we intended. Andre and Liam kept us informed about the time of delivery and were very friendly and efficient, managing to get the sofa in without any difficulty.

Bury St Edmunds showroom is well worth a visit.
I ordered quite a few pieces of furniture and Sarah was brilliant with giving me advice and very patient when I changed my mind on more than one occasion!!
We got there in the end and qualified for the £500 offer, which I’m looking forward to spending.

Ordered a bed with Neptune (Bury StEdmunds - Lucy) and had delivered today. Excellent quality and very pleased.
Callum & Jason delivered and erected in room very professional. They called before delivery and turned up bang on time. Gave advice on floor protection.

We had our Neptune dining table and chairs delivered, unpacked and assembled by Shane and Joe, and they did a fantastic job. They were cheerful, friendly and professional throughout, taking great care with everything and leaving everything set up perfectly.
The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and their positive attitude made a real difference.

Kept informed about supply and delivery time. Shane & Joe made a call 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm all OK for delivery. Polite respectful of your home and all sorted. Great job Thank you

My husband and I went to the Bury St Edmunds store to purchase a dining table & chairs. Sarah has always given us good advice and is super knowledgeable. Once again she helped us choose the chairs to go with the table. We never feel rushed and we are always happy with our purchases. We love visiting the Bury store as all the staff are friendly and helpful.
