Dave and Steve arrived promptly at the agreed time for the delivery. They ensured a minimal level of disruption when delivering the furniture to the required room. They were very careful with my property and all packaging was taken away. They were extremely polite. Would recommend.

Liz was extremely helpful as were the other staff. The store was well laid out and beautifully dressed. There were no high pressure sales techniques but Liz was always available to provide really helpful advice when needed.

A fantastic experience overall and would thoroughly recommend.

Staff at the Bury store were so helpful and lovely to myself and my Grandparents who I was visiting the store with. We came away with quite a few purchases and should be back in the next week or so, for the items we were mulling over.

Andre & Liam delivered our goods on time, were very professional when phoning ahead of the delivery time slot, were very professional when putting together the furniture and took away the boxes. Very pleased with not only their service but the service we received in the store ( Bury St Edmunds) when purchasing the table.

Came into the store this afternoon to collect some items we had on hold and have a browse.

All the team were friendly and so helpful, as they always are. Nothing was too much effort for them and were even offered a cup of tea (which we of course accepted.)

A special mention to Maddie, Liz and Abbi for really going the extra mile for us.

Having visited a number of kitchen design showrooms we were particularly impressed with Neptune Bury St Edmunds. Rebekah was excellent at bringing our thoughts together with really great design ideas and finishing touches.
Extremely happy with the finished product, great quality and all the Neptune team were helpful throughout. Big thanks to Rob for overseeing the project and Steve who fitted the units.

I have just taken delivery of six garden chairs to match my existing garden table from the Cheltenham collection. I placed the order by phone with the Bury St Edmunds branch and from start to finish everything has fallen into place. I received excellent customer service from the initial contact through to the delivery co-ordinator and finally the actual delivery today. The service has been impeccable from all of the the staff, at Neptune, Lara,Bury St Edmund’s Team; Alannah, from the dispatch Team and Ant and Lea from the delivery team who turned up ahead of time this afternoon and were wonderfully efficient in unpacking and placing the chairs and cushions around my table for me. Many thanks to everyone involved. I hope that I will be able to enjoy them for a long time to come…

As always greeted by the lovely ladies in store. We really enjoy going to Neptune in Bury St Edmund’s. Our home is filled with Neptune products. Will return soon as we are going to be re designing our dining room. So hopefully Lucy will be on hand for her design tips 😁. Thank you all providing such great service and quality products.

Having previously bought furniture from Neptune, we were looking for a consul table so visited the lovely Bury St Edmunds shop.
Maddie was very helpful and today our table was delivered by Dave & Callum. They were so polite and unpacked, checked the table and took all the packaging away. Thank you. As always, amazing service and excellent quality from Neptune!
