Been a client since day one…
Been a client of Neptune for 10+ years and this branch since it opened. Always found the ambiance and displays to be both interesting and appealing. Staff have never been anything other than friendly, interested and with a GSOH.
Today was no exception; Lucy was top drawer in all respects.
If you’ve not visited before, why not bend in and take a look. Free private parking and gorgeous aromas from their burning candles.
Result? Happiness of cse 👏🏻

Great service from Fiona and Rob
Fiona and Rob are a terrific team and were very patient with all the design questions and "mechanics" of the project. They are warm and approachable and made the whole process very enjoyable. Fiona is exceptionally professional and listened to all my requests and incorporated them instantly and we had great fun doing it too. Friendly service whist in the shop but…
Friendly service whist in the shop but information given with regards to delivery dates was completely wrong and since then again conflicting information given.
Different people giving completely different information.
All very frustrating for what we thought was a top end company.

Great service and products
Great service and products. Warm and welcoming atmosphere - Lucy was very helpful and knowledgeable . Thanks to her we found the perfect rug! Big thank you to Liz who made an amazing flower arrangement for my lounge - absolutely love it. Duvet set is lovely quality and looks great in the bedroom. Just waiting for the rug now :). Shall make this my go to Neptune store from now. Well worth the visit and shall make this my go to Neptune store :)

Kitchen Design

Design consultation with Lucy
My sister and I were needing help to choose colours and styles for her bedroom in a period regency home in Bury St Edmunds. Lucy came fully prepared with plans and elevations that we had provided, and we spent a delightful and productive time together. She was very calm and knowledgeable and enlivened us with fresh ideas and solutions where previously we had come a little unstuck and unsure. Lucy’s insight has produced a super coordinated but sympathetic scheme that exceeds expectation, we look forward to seeing it come to fruition.

Complementary Home Design appointment Neptune Bury St Edmunds
I had an appointment with Lucy to discuss my son’s room yesterday. The whole process was very enjoyable; she is a lovely person with brilliant ideas. She is a fantastic listener who made sense of my rather muddled mind over a delicious cup of coffee, and she helped me really fine tune what I like, which is amazing!
It was really helpful to be in the store as she could show me the furniture and she pulled together fabrics, paints and accessories to make a mood board.
I then received a summary of our decisions, a lookbook and an itemised product list by email.
After my visit, Lucy thoughtfully put aside some lamp bases that I liked as she discovered that they are out of stock elsewhere.
I am really happy with the whole experience and can’t recommend it enough.
Although I love interiors, I found the whole decision process rather overwhelming as we are doing up our entire cottage. Lucy has really turned this around and I am now looking forward to the next appointment!
You are under no obligation to buy anything, which is also really reassuring. However, all the designs are so beautiful and well made that it would be very hard to resist…! Thank you for such a wonderful morning. It has completely transformed how I feel about my renovation.

Great service, great quality pructs
Great service, needed costing for an island unit and Lara , went away and came back with the cost which was very reasonable. Neptune quality and service stands out from other retailers. We are looking forward to our kitchen design meeting next week

Full payment wanted up front.
As a loyal customer who has spent many thousands of pounds at Neptune my wife was asked to pay the full amount up front of almost £2k as this is company policy. I find this extremely disappointing and feel that Neptune should review its policy. Most other companies accept a deposit for goods to be delivered of up to 50% which seems acceptable.

Hi Allan! Thank you for your feedback. You've been in touch with the team today and I am sorry for your frustration. We have come back to you directly with the below information too.
Having reviewed your order, your design is on a 6 week lead time. If the lead time was longer than 8 weeks, a 50% deposit option would have been available. As the item is painted to order - the full balance would then have been required 28 days prior to delivery for this to enter production. This is also the last opportunity to cancel or amend the item, as painted to order items cannot be amended, cancelled or returned once they are painted in your colour of choice.
We fully appreciate that customers have a choice of whether they wish to place orders under these terms and I would like to thank you that on this occasion you have ordered another beautiful design for your home. We look forward to delivering it as soon as it's ready. With warmest regards, Scott
I love my headboard but was…
I love my headboard but was disappointed that it could not be attached to my bed….. it was not explained to me when I purchased that the headboard only fit Neptune beds .

Dear Caroline, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed that your new headboard was unable to be attached to your bedframe. We do supply an alternative part which is the French cleat option, and this should have been delivered with your headboard. This is a batten that can be used to attach the headboard to the wall rather than the bed itself so it is secure - our drivers unfortunately aren't insured to do this if a (non neptune product) incase they do any damage.
