As a Trade customer I found the service very professional from the design all the way through the delivery and installation. I will certainly be promoting Neptune to our new home buyers

Things aren’t cheap, but they’re beautifully made and made to last. Customer service is always spot on. It’s perhaps sad to admit, but a visit to the local show room is something I look forward to!

Everyone is very friendly and the store is wonderfully designed and the furniture is lovely. But Neptune is not at its best right now. Prices have gone up hugely at a time when many aspects have slippped; lead times are ridiculously long and unpredictable, there’s barely any stock available to buy in store or online, the designers are inexperienced and they didn’t give me a colour drawing of what the rooms would look like so it was hard to picture, the bookings team is meant to give you a window for delivery which they haven’t done for my last 3 deliveries so I had no idea what time they were arriving , 2 items were damaged on delivery, in spite of saying they do a “white glove delivery service” the delivery driver made muddy footprints all over a new rug and Neptune hasn’t been quick to resolve it, they left me to build a console table myself (IKEA style!) and didn’t have any screws with them to fit the top of another one. I love Neptune but it needs to get back on its A game.

Shop mistake: I asked to pick up the paint from the shop but it was actually sent. Because of this misunderstanding I did have to pick up and pay for a further tin from the shop. I was told that I could ask the delivery driver to take back the tin but it was just left on the door step so no contact with driver. Now I have to return one tin to the shop for a refund.
Delivery mistake: Delivery was made the day before the email told me.

I always love visiting Neptune. I love their furniture and accessories, in fact everything about them. The staff both in store (Cambridge) and online are always charming and very helpful. In other words, wonderful!

I love shopping at Neptune but have felt lately, that it’s a bit same old same old, just not enough new introductions to make an interesting visit. Always friendly staff, it’s just got boring. Sorry Neptune!

The whole delivery process was 1 day late after I telephoned on original delivery day to say that I had not heard anything. Also I was told I would be given a delivery slot and didn’t. Apart from that I was pleased with the service and very pleased with the product thank you

Really nice products. We ordered some shiplap cladding to use in our kitchen but after our builder asked if the ‘fire retardancy’ was approved by building control for use on a kitchen we hit a wall. Online support couldn’t really help, so we popped into the Cambridge branch who (as that’s a franchise shop) really weren’t interested in helping despite the manager herself promising to get in touch, she never followed up. The cladding on show in the shop was also really badly put up and an awful example of what it might look like - so much so we’ve since cancelled our order in full.
We were about to order a dining table and chairs on top but our customer experience in Cambridge made us have second thoughts.

It’s a shame as the items for sale are rather nice. I would expect for the higher cost a much warmer customer experience especially whilst the shop was quiet. Unfortunately for us winter was coming so we’ll take our business elsewhere.

Paid for a design service for a kitchen through Cambridge showroom. The service was professional but not very inspiring or thoughtful. We ran two kitchen companies in parallel - the other was more thoughtful and more readily customised and the same price and quality. It was also manufactured in the U.K. Given we can manufacture kitchens in the U.K. and they can be very good quality at the same price - and the design was more thoughtful - it was a no brainer to support U.K. industry.

Unfortunately, we feel the waiting time for products is too long. Understanding some difficulties with delivery ect, by now things shot have improved, we have had COVID-19 18 months now.
The delivery times on my orders has been significantly pushed back, not days, not weeks but months.
Staff have misinformed us of dates and have failed to notify us of delivery to stores.
Altogether the service from our local store has been disappointing to say the least.

Super quality furniture - the Eva sofas are particularly comfy. Lovely customer service - slightly delayed on delivery times but that is just a sign of the times! Well worth the wait.

Absolutely beautiful store- full of inspiration and the customer service is excellent. Fantastic range of furniture and accessories and their gift wrapping service is amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

The store is lovely but I bought a jug in April and I still haven’t received it! The jug was out of stock so they said that they would let me know once they have it back so I paid for the jug and left. A month later I had not heard anything so I called and was told it wouldn’t be in stock until August. I still haven’t heard anything so I better call again as it’s September now! Unreal.

Always a pleasure to shop in the Cambridge store, the staff are perfectly chosen, friendly and very efficient. Because of this i go regularly and always manage to buy something.

It is always a lovely experience to visit Neptune Cambridge - creative designs & ideas together with beautiful accessories. Attentive consultative staff who are always on hand to assist.

I love the Cambridge store, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I recently ordered some Chichester wardrobes with Rachel and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will review my wardrobes once they have been delivered but i love the quality of Neptune products so im sure i will be very happy with them.
