Alfi and Josh were amazing this morning. Very polite, showed up on time, helped me set up the table etc. overall a very positive purchased with a great service.

Neptune Cambridge visit
Visited Neptune Cambridge looking for some new furniture. As well as it being a gorgeous showroom, the staff were lovely and so helpful, even letting us move items from floor to floor to see how they worked together. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the assistant who helped us. Furniture is being delivered next week - can’t wait!

Love my new kitchen
Love my new kitchen! The whole experience with Neptune Cambridge was excellent starting with the design Beth created, lots of back and forth meetings with both her and Nikki before we finally made our decison, I wanted to be sure and Beth was extemely patient. The planning and installation process managed by James was very thorough, every detail discussed and explained, the installation was smooth and efficient Ben did a brilliant job making tricky adjustments to ensure the whole design worked. James was always on hand to resolve any issues, we had a few and he took all the stress away and organised the extra rubbish removal, nothing was too much trouble! We really appreciated the entire process, very professional and would highly recommend Neptune as a top quality product and with a kitchen the installation is so important and that was extremely well done - they also recommended an excellent builder to do all the preprep work. Once the kitchen was finished Beth and James returned for a final sign off and it comes with a lifetime guarantee - we couldn't be happier with the final result - huge thanks to everyone involved.

Excellent service
I was very happy with the delivery of my stools. I was phoned before they arrived. The delivery men Alfi and Kieran were very friendly and asked whether we wanted them to unpack them and take the packing away, which they did. This is a level of service which is lacking nowadays.

The delivery people were so helpful and…
The delivery people were so helpful and friendly. Alfi and Josh really went out of there way to make sure that I was happy and the furniture was in place. All the packing was taken away too, so I didn’t have to worry about it at all. All the staff at every stage have been brilliant.

Would highly recommend...
From start to finish the team at Neptune Cambridge were great to work with. Beth did a brilliant job on the design and assisting us with advice on appliances, worktops etc. Ben installed our kitchen to such a great standard and Mitch's painting 'touch up' was like nothing I've ever seen. Thank you to James for overseeing the smooth running of the project and liasing with our contractor to keep everything on track!

Jo is always helpful and polite and the store in Cambridge is definitely worth a visit for inspiration. I absolutely love the fact they automatically register your purchase with a lifetime warranty and send it to you by email.
