A fabulous shop with fabulous items and fabulous staff.
Have visited twice in the last few days and were served by Gemma & Debs who made us feel very welcome and even made us coffee!

Great design. Classic pieces with a modern twist that will stand the test of time. Exceptional customer service. If a furniture shop could be your favourite local pub, Neptune would be it.

It is always a great experience, one of the reasons why we shop for household goods here, along with the sheer quality of everything we have purchased thus far.

So many beautiful things about this store. It feels so homely for a start! We bought a new build property nearby and have been gradually decorating over the last couple of years. We ran out of steam and then discovered Neptune and their advisory service. Jenny at Neptune Chichester gave us a friendly fresh perspective and ideas for moving our home forward. We have since painted and added warmth to our lounge with accessories and artwork. It felt a bit indulgent booking a consultation appt but the experience was friendly, relaxed, fun and super helpful. And gave us inspiration to crack on with making our house a cosy home. Thank you Jenny and Neptune, you will be (and have been!) seeing a lot more of us!

Loved the food demonstration by Becky Wilkinson. Our first Neptune event and it was absolutely fantastic. Such delicious food and great recipes and also gave us some good ideas of what we needed from the store.
Hope to have many many more of these food demonstrations please!!

We saw the cabinet in the Chichester show room. It was delivered within a week by a very helpful, polite and friendly duo who took great pains to place it exactly where we wanted it, on the first floor. Great experience. Thank you Nathan and Steve.

Friendly helpful service

Staff are always knowledgeable and reply honestly to enquiries. Neptune products are not cheap, but I am pleased with the dining table and chairs I purchased. The time from order to delivery is fairly lengthy, but nothing is perfect...

Paid for a sample pot never heard another thing

I called the Chichester store to enquire about some ex-display side tables that I had seen advertised on- line and had the pleasure to speak to one of their sales team called Bethany . She was extremely helpful and suggested I come to store and take a look before purchasing. This I did with my husband and what a super experience we had ! We were greeted by a lovely lady called Debs who asked if she could help us and offered us a cup of coffee while we waited for Bethany to become free . We instantly felt comfortable and were able to have a browse around . Being in the throes of a house renovation we were looking for ideas and inspiration. When Bethany was free she greeted us warmly and showed us the tables we had come to view . We asked lots of questions regarding varying items and nothing was too much trouble for her . We ended up ordering and purchasing several pieces of furniture and felt confident in doing this with the service we were receiving. We also met Jenny another member of staff who was very knowledgeable and she helped Bethany process everything. My husband and I noted how informative they all were and obviously knew their products along with being warm and friendly but still professional. We had such a positive experience and will definitely be making future purchases in store with them instead of online and are looking forward to returning again soon!

We had prior notice of delivery time which was very helpful. Our delivery was on time. The two guys were friendly and efficient assembling our new bed and taking away the packaging.
We are of course delighted with our purchase.

Great service and a very warm welcome with coffee in the showroom. Great range of products and we are very happy with the Bembridge mirror. Speedy delivery to store and easy for us to collect.

Went to purchase a Suffolk chopping block, great service as usual, it's lovely to take as long as you need without any pressure to make a decision and the help and advice offered along the way. Thank you

Really happy with the armchair we ordered, it fits beautifully in our home and is very comfortable.

Order didn’t arrive in time that was supposed to, as evidently got ‘lost’ by courier !!! House number and half street was not on paperwork (was on mine ) . Been told another has been ordered but have not received yet !! WATCH THIS SPACE
