Excellent piece of furniture and beautifully finished. Delivery was seamless and delivery team were great. Received a bonus £50 voucher as a thank you from Neptune which encouraged me to buy a lamp to add as a finishing touch. Lovely company to deal with.

The Chiswick team were fantastic throughout. We really appreciated the input from the designers and are loving the items purchased. Great quality that should stand the test of time.

Eva was outstanding in helping us design and furnish our sitting room and dining room with Neptune furniture. She has excellent taste and style and used her considerable experience to very good effect. She was good at handling us and our expectations as well as providing a first class design in terms of furniture and colour. We are delighted and consider that we were very fortunate to have her help.

Great customer service with staff in Chiswick store where I ordered on the phone. Really swift delivery and the delivery team were super helpful and nice.

I have recently had a new Neptune kitchen. Eva, the designer from the Chiswick store, was absolutely amazing. Throughout she said, "I am happy when you are happy". I was delighted with the end result and the overall service, so much so that I returned to Eva to design my living living room. She has transformed my home. I could not recommend Neptune more.

The after sale service team of Neptune is great! Although some part of furniture went wrong, but after sales team had spend effort to make up the faulty, I want to particularly mention Roberto and Raffell, they were the two delivery men came and fetch my furniture for exchange and return, they were very patient and careful, they also gave me good usage tips so I can avoid the scratching on the floor. Glad Neptune has good staff like them.

They put the customer first, great service, willing to put any wrongs to right. Always polite and efficient. I would certainly recommend this company

The atmosphere in the store was very calm and relax. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy(6 mugs)and was helped to do so by this friendly and soft spoken young woman, who wrapped my items individually very carefully.
The Neptune Experience makes all the difference in a not always pleasant world.
I can’t wait for my next visit when back in London.

I love everything in Neptune

It’s a beautiful shop with beautiful furniture ! The staff were friendly and approachable. There was a relaxed atmosphere where you could just browse if you wanted to. The staff were readily available to help but not crowding you.

As always Neptune is a wonderful shop to browse around, full of beautiful and tempting items! I had two very nice ladies who helped me choose a lampshade for my lamp, which was delivered to the shop at a later date and I was informed of its arrival immediately.

I enjoyed the Neptune experience. Very helpful staff nothing too much trouble stylish and good quality furniture and very quick service and delivery. I will definitely be back.

I have been wholeheartedly happy and thrilled with the service and input that I've received from Eva. The design process was very exciting and enjoyable from the first meeting where ideas and preferences for fabrics choices, colours etc were assessed. Consideration was also given to existing choices already selected such as flooring and wall colours etc. The quality and depth of the mood boards that followed was incredible. Layouts that I couldn't have foreseen were suggested, the blend of fabrics from upholstery to accessories were fabulous. The outcome of our projects - living room, kitchen/diner, master bedroom is exquisite and very homely. Eva's level of communication was brilliant, answers were given quickly, reassurances, follow up on anything that was missing/unexpected was immediately remedied. The whole process helped me through our build project, being able to see the end game kept morale high. From start to finish my hand was held and I was never in doubt that the end result was going to be of great quality. Fabuloso!

Not only have we got the most beautiful kitchen, but the whole planning & design process has been so amazing. Aneeta, our Neptune designer, did such an incredible job designing our kitchen. She really understood what we wanted to achieve and she was so creative with her ideas. She also made us look at our kitchen space differently and how we could maximise on how we use it. I love our kitchen so so much, it’s timeless and beautiful. The craftsmanship of the cabinets and the attention to detail is stunning. I’m so grateful to Aneeta and Neptune for designing us such a beautiful kitchen and for making the whole project journey such an enjoyable experience.

Ordered my vase online it arrived in the time frame that was advised at the time of purchase. Very happy with my purchase . The shop is full of amazing objects and lovely furniture. Well worth a visit.
