Shopping at Neptune stores is a lovely experience. The range of furniture is excellent and although the products demand a premium price the quality is excellent.

Neptune is a fabulous store with a selection of gorgeous wall hangings, furniture, bed linen and everything you could wish for in a kitchen and a lot more. The staff are friendly and professional and are ready to take time to help with any query. I thoroughly recommend a visit to the Neptune store to see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely looking and a good size. It’s a sturdy, functional table and I’m very happy with it. Very helpful staff in Colchester every time we visited the shop.

Very helpful and informative staff. Beautiful atmosphere, very peaceful in the Colchester showroom. Products just what I was looking for. Delivery was a problem as there was temporary restricted access but the two gentlemen manoeuvred expertly and delivered my furniture without a fuss and were very pleasant and courteous. Excellent service.

You were able to change our delivery date to meet our needs. Drivers were very through and explained what to do regards cleaning our product. Very please with the whole delivery process.

After trying many paint colours from several companies, I visited Neptune Colchester. Danielle very quickly recommended a few shades to try, based on pictures of our (difficult!) room and my aspirations. The colours were perfect! The paint itself is excellent, goes on well and with great coverage.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful, none more so than Danielle.

Ordered paint online after buying match pots in store, on the recommendation of the interior designer.
Paint arrived really quickly via DPD, so well packed, not a chance of spilling! Kept informed at all times about my delivery. Paint quality is superb! 👌 Great coverage, lovely colours!

Easy to order and I forgot to add voucher I had at checkout, phoned them and they honoured it. Great item arrived fast.

Just wish that the product was made in this country- we had to wait from July to December for our order.

Top quality and stylish merchandise

We moved house in November 2022 to a listed property that needed a little love and attention. We have bought and enjoyed Neptune furniture for over 12 years but only since our most recent move have we made use of the design service. What can I say, our house has been transformed into our dream home.

We have had advice and guidance on numerous projects and full designs commissioned for the living room and most recently the bedroom/bathrooms resulting in a stunning outcome that has exceeded expectation. I cant wait to go home everyday.

Special credit and heartfelt thanks to Colchester's Home Designer, Danielle Paddon, who has taken the time to get to know us, our likes and dislikes, visit our home, challenge us on design thoughts and always delivers what she has promised.

We trust Danielle 100% with her ideas and guidance, is a pleasure to work with and she is always welcome to visit the home she has helped create, we couldn't be happier.

The store is great, staff attentive and friendly, deliveries are as scheduled, fitters are respectful and efficiently excellent and quality is stunning.

Great fast service.. really well wrapped when delivered ( I love it)

We bought 3 of your Montague high backed barstools which we have wanted for a long time for our new kitchen. There was a delay in completing the kitchen and when we went to order the stools which were in the Neptune spring 2024 catalogue for £295 each, we were shocked to discover they had gone up to £395 each. It was explained that materials costs had gone up but £100 (33%) seemed rather a lot and a much bigger increase than any of the others in this range. We still bought the stools because we knew we liked them but such a large price increase has rather dulled our enjoyment.
We find no fault in Neptune service and everyone was very polite and pleasant. The stools are as lovely as we remembered them but the price still rankles a little.

We first visited Neptune Colchester in May 2023 on a recommendation from close friends. All the staff were friendly, helpful and put us under no sales pressure. The store is beautifully presented. After a few more visits we decided to place an order in June 2024 and take advantage of their home design service. Debbie Pearce our appointed designer was spot on. Passionate, friendly and attentive to our requirements. The lead in time was acceptable from order (Jun 24) to delivery (Oct 24) yet Neptune kept in contact, it was well worth the wait. Delivery was on time and Debbie dressed our living room to give us the full ' Neptune grand reveal experience' We were not dissapointed. We have no hesitation in recommending Neptune and Debbie from the Colchester store. Thanks for all your help. Until the next time........Sandra & Paul W
