What an amazing store to visit with so much choice. The staff were very helpful and pleasant too. My delivery only took a few days and was delivered by a very nice and helpful delivery man. I am very happy with my purchases and will definitely visit the store again.

Great service, great preparation did everything they said in terms of letting us know when they were coming and a voice message when they were half an hour away. Plus a very polite delivery team. Thank you we love our flooring

Absolutely thrilled with my velvet footstool which looks great at the end of my bed. Although a three month plus wait for delivery it was worth it. Great service from Edgbaston store and the delivery team. I would highly recommend Neptune for that special piece of furniture.

Beautiful interior shop. Recently purchased a Buckingham mirror from Neptune Edgbaston. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When the mirror arrived I was amazed by the packaging it was wrapped so well and I'm very happy with the purchase xx

The quality of the furniture is excellent.. only 4 stars because when I ordered the product in store I was told it was in stock and an estimated delivery date . This date changed 3 times before it was finally delivered sometimes at very short notice . Trying to organise someone to be at home for delivery can not always be done at short notice! But very pleased now the pieces are in !

Great service and helpful staff. A small scratch was discovered on a furniture item and a replacement ordered immediately. Good updates on likely delivery too.

Hi I visited the Neptune store in Edgbaston before Christmas as I had been waiting for an online order for a long time and the staff confirmed they had one of the items I had ordered in store They kept it for me and were extremely helpful. Every time I visit they are always friendly & very helpful - a pleasure to visit.

Neptune provide quality furniture but nothing else although they promote as though they deliver a full fitted job. They do not and bring in hidden charges for outside contractors at inflated costs trying hard to keep that information from the customer . Neptune’s business policy is appalling

We were blown away when we visited the showroom and one particular piece screamed out to me as we entered 'Arundel 6 seater round dining table' I knew the minute I saw it I wasn't going to stop thinking about it until i'd brought one. We were buying a new build so delivery delays wern't a problem, after convincing my husband that it was worth the £2800 price tag he caved and let me order it and I am absolutely over the moon, we've had it in our kitchen now (with a bespoke piece of glass on the top) for over a year and its every bit as beautiful as I had hoped and I've not seen or found anything like it, the oak is just stunning (If you love wood its really quite beautiful) I loved it so much so I ordered the Arundel console table to match in spring this year and that also had a long wait but anything worth having is worth waiting for and again this piece also didnt dissapoint. I would not hesitate to purchase other items from Neptune.

First visit to one of your stores was fantastic! After shopping around for years trying to piece together the look that we were trying to create, we finally found Neptune. The atmosphere created in your stores “homes” inspired us to re-evaluate what direction we are now taking. We had very good customer service when we visited the store, were kept up to date on delivery dates but also our request for delivery to fit in with other stuff we had going on was accommodated. The delivery was efficient with the furniture erected in situ. All staff we dealt with throughout were personable and a pleasure to deal with.
