Fabulous, friendly staff at the Knutsford store ,made choosing our new suite a complete dream. They assisted with colour choices and provided fabric samples which were very useful. We are VERY pleased with our gorgeous Eva suite,it was delivered expertly, and positioned exactly as we wanted by professional staff. Overall, a pleasant experience, we are delighted with our furniture and would not hesitate to recommend Neptune to friends and family.

I purchased the Sheldrake and 4 Montague Lloyd loom chairs in driftwood. The table is perfect size for 3-4 people and just right for my kitchen. Simply thrilled with the quality and comfort of the chairs, and the table is well made and solid. The service I received from the staff at their Knutsford store was excellent. As always so very helpful. The delivery men were also courteous too.

Another delivery of stunning furniture from Neptune and once again top class service from start to finish, especially the delivery team Lee & Craig, who let us know exactly when they were arriving, and made the whole instillation process simple, and they also gave us great after care advice too.

Beautiful showrooms displaying their fine quality products, free to browse at leisure unless you ask for assistance. We ordered two items of furniture and the process took no more than 15minutes.

I find the customer experience at Neptune Knutsford very strange for such an upmarket store. And I’m not alone in thinking it . I’d say generally it’s pretty unwelcoming. It’s rare for anyone to say hello or goodbye for that matter . Once I got reprimanded for taking some faux flowers out of a vase so I could play around with the arrangement , I actually ended up buying it but felt quite puzzled by it all. Last week I changed an item and got a nice friendly assistant and it was great then I had a browse and as I left I looked over today goodbye but as usual, even though they didn’t look busy, I was ignored. You wouldn’t get that in Oka or Susie Watson . Otherwise I love the store and buy lots of things all of which I’m very happy with .
Follow up .. I went in again last week with my daughter , four assistants were at the desk , all chatting, not one of them looked over to help . I was looking at candles which are right next to the desk , they continued chatting ., . all four of them. I looked towards the desk for a good 30 seconds and miraculously one of them noticed me and served me whilst the whole time the other three carried on their conversation. Am I invisible ? Love my candles though!

Dining table, chairs and bar stools returned due to colour being different to what we’d chosen in the showroom. We were informed Neptune have changed suppliers hence the difference in product. Jason and Mark who collected the furniture were extremely courteous and helpful.

Amazing staff at Neptune, from the Designers and store staff in Knutsford,to the delivery of my beautiful furniture.Jason and Mark delivered our furniture on time,assembled our dining table,removed all packaging from our home, and advised on how to care for our products.Thefurniture looks beautiful.I am delighted.

Love my new Neptune kitchen. The whole process has been seamless and the quality of the fitting, especially the quartz is exceptional. Kayleigh our Installation Manager was super professional and always available at the end of the phone giving us a personal service.

We visited the Knutsford store in November, quite a drive from home. The store is beautiful and staff were lovely. We bought a few things and were given a gorgeous Christmas bauble gift as well as a free candle (which smells amazing) for signing up to the online newsletter. Absolutely loved our visit and will definitely be back!
