Really helpful staff when ordering table & chairs. A much better experience ordering through the store than Neptune Head Office.

We have recently used Vicky from the Neptune interior design service at the Knutsford store. She was brilliant, designing the layout of the room and choosing fabrics, colours, furniture etc that we are absolutely delighted with. She was incredibly patient and has a fantastic talent for design - thank you so much Vicky!

Super helpful & responsive staff, delightful environment, and v. chuffed with our new wall lights.
Always a pleasure to see how the store's décor changes from season to season.
Joanna, the manager, went above and beyond when we asked a specific question about landscaping materials surrounding the Knutsford location; and Julie was kind when my husband felt a little unwell during a recent visit.
We'll be back.

Exceptional service. We need to obtain fabric quickly. The order process was easy and the goods we delivered to our house even earlier than was promised.

This was our first visit to Neptune - Knutsford and it was an exceptional experience of their products, customer service and advice given.

It followed placing an online order with Neptune in August and we were keen to see their products in real time and so we set out to visit their amazing store.

Presentation of the product is simply terrific at Knutsford. The Store provides a real sense of the design, quality, thought and detail of what they provide.

The staff (Julie and Stevie) were so knowledgeable, warm in their customer service, and helpful when it came to uncertainty in mixing and matching colours and materials.

We simply couldn't fault our experience and the service we received!

We have been absolutely delighted with the whole shopping experience at Knutsford.
We were helped by the lovely Stevie who spent a lot of time discussing all of our options etc. 
We also met with Rebecca who again gave us a lot of her time and patience...
Honestly, all of your staff, that we have met, have been outstanding...

Superb customer service during my visit today. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. Special mention to Julie who created the most stunning floral display for my kitchen, she knew exactly what I was looking to create and she managed to create it right there and then. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience!

Top quality products and excellent service from helpful staff. Delivery on time and assembly team careful and courteous.

We were pleased with the Monague chairs but the matching chair cushions were of poor quality. They didn’t fit the chair (short on depth) and the linen material had several pulls. I returned them and had no problem receiving a refund . The ladies at your Knutsford store are charming.

I have been experiencing a problem with shaftsbury pendants and it’s been ongoing for a while now. I have had the most amazing service from Stevie in the Knutsord store with this issue. Stevie has kept me updated with what’s going on with my orders and checking I have received them each time. Stevie has such a lovely manner and has been so helpful in helping me make choices in furnishings in my newly renovated home . I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this needs to be recognised as she has fabulous customer care .

Visited the Knutsford store today. I’ve been before and always say I’ll never go back, but gave them another chance today. I’m sorry I did. The usual practice of ignoring customers while tapping away on laptops is still their standard. I’m looking to furnish an entire house and their furniture etc.. is lovely, but the customer service is so bad it puts me off ordering! Especially hearing a lady at the till complaining about the attitude of the delivery men she had just encountered. Bad service throughout I fear.. such a shame as their stock is so nice

My first neptune experience in Knutsford and i was blown away with how attentive, supportive and helpful Stevie was with helping me organising garden furniture…and at every stage leading up to delivery i was kept in the loop with delivery day and time ..just brilliant and I can’t recommend them highly enough x
