I was kept informed about the delivery, when my order arrived it was very well packaged in quality boxes . My faux flowers where tied with ribbon and in tissue which was a lovely touch . I am happy with my purchase. I love Neptune as a brand .

Bought 2 pictures from your store and we were unsure how to hang them rang the store and they took their pictures down and sent pics of how it was done. Very helpful

Great communication and fast delivery, cannot complain at all

We have recently used the design team at York to refurbish two rooms. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. The designer took the time to understand our needs and how we used the rooms, visited the house to get a feel for the light and space within the rooms and the designs we got back were everything we could have hoped for and more. Nothing was too much trouble the whole team from design to customer service to the delivery team were excellent, professional, polite, and friendly. I will certainly use the design team again, the details and thought that went in to the designs and the finished rooms was superb.

Recently called at Neptune York.
Have been looking for a picture for months, and at last found the perfect one.
The staff were extremely helpful, showing pictures not in stock on the computer screen. Then arranging delivery.
Also bought other things which staff were again very helpful with.
Excellent quality products supported by excellent customer service.

Good service in store and a fine product. Our issue was that two of four items arrived damaged so very frustrating to have to wait for replacements. Customer service eventually called us and said there was a further delay and even after stating this was an issue we have still not had any further contact. So a few weeks later and still no wardrobe or replacement table. Disappointing from such a high end product. We chose Neptune over Susie Watson for our table and wardrobe and now feel this was a bad decision

This was our second Neptune kitchen so the bar had been set very high at your Hatch End Reading branch!
We were therefore impressed at the equally high standard of service we received from your York branch. Everything from inception with our designer Holly, project management from Kayleigh, skilled craftsmanship from our delightful fitter Adam to the final paint finish when we had three gentlemen working hard all day to give the final touches to our beautiful new room! A visit to your showroom was always met with a smiling Michael ably supported by the rest of your staff, who make excellent coffee by the way! One simply couldn’t ask for more-especially with a demanding customer like me! Thank you all.

The furniture we wanted was in stock so enabled prompt delivery. The process of arranging delivery was via phone and conformation email and was straight forward. The delivery drivers unpacked the product, placed it in the room we wanted it and took all packaging away. There were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent service and help from in store to delivery. Love my new furniture.
