Nero Platinum Suite レビュー 

some time ago I bought version 12 of Nero Platinum plus, after uninstalling previous versions of nero with the NERO Utility, I tried to install my BOUGHT Nero 12 Platinum Plus again.
Impossible to install, I get this message: Install shield failed, the wizard was aborted before Nero 12 could be fully installed.
It doesn't have an email for any support to solve the problem you have...

What do I have to do to install it ?

Dopo aver ACQUISTATO e scaricato via web, le app (2015-2016) in due differenti versioni e l'aver rifiutato le successive propostemi, mi ritrovo con i sistemi acquisiti stravolti (mal funzionanti). È legittimo (dopo i miei rifiuti ad ACQUISTARE le successive versioni) date anche le modalità di acquisizione di tali APP, che mi abbiano distorto il sistema. Noto con RABBIA che, da un pezzo, le APP pagate funzionano MALISSIMO. Farò ulteriori accertamenti c/o professionisti allo scopo di aver delle conferme su
quanto mi accade.

Also ich habe Nero 2018 wollte nur eine neue Musik CD
brennen aber Nero hat gar keine Möglichkeit diese zu mixen bevor dem brennen! Ich bin Enttäuscht das diese Brennprogramm aufgebaut ist wie von Freeware wahrscheinlich hat Freeware sogar diese Möglichkeit. Habe mir überlegt ob ich Nero Platinium Suite kaufen soll für fast Sfr. 100.- für unbegrenzte Version! Aber nach den Erfahrungen mit Nero 2018 nein Danke!!!!

Spare your self time and money, dont buy this scam.
1 and a half year, gone - no response from Nero, not at all working!!!! realy - realy a bad program! do not add new photos do not video, dont get me startet on music. Sadly my only option is deleting this program from the harddrive

Imposible instalar el producto comprado. Nefasto. Tampoco responden los correos. NO se les ocurra comprar ningún producto NERO

ça fa dés années que j'utilise NERO PLATINUM, puis en 2018 j'ai acheté (la version illimitée). Or pour Windows 7, 8, 10 j'ai pu l'installer, mais pour ce qui est: Windows 11, il ne fonctionne plus du tout.

Nach einer Neuinstallation auf einer neuen Festplatte, von Nero 18 Platinum konnte ich nach der Installation ein Programm nicht installieren das man aus dem Menü heraus installieren muss. Den Screenshot für den abbruch sendete ich an den Support. Nachdem man mich aufforderte meine Lizens zu übermitteln schickte man mir einen Link zur Neuinstallation der Software und auch der Zusatzpakete. Also entschloß ich mich, obwohl ich nicht dazu aufgefordert wurde zu einer kompletten Deinstallation und anschließender Neuinstallation über den Link, da dieser zeitlich befristet wurde.
Dann passierte jedoch das selbe. Der Neroinstaller entschied während der Installatin von Tunelup das die Seite nicht vertrauenswürdig ist um den Upload zu gewährleisten? Wieso schicken die einem dann so einen quatsch überhaupt zu und was ist das für ein Kundenservice der Probleme mit Standardmails abfertigt. Ich muss sagen das ich absolut enttäuscht bin das ich nach 9 Tagen noch immer keine Lösung habe. Aber man bommbardiert mich mit Werbung zum Neuerwerb des neuesten Produktes von Nero. Das muss ich mir aber sehr genau überlegen, da ich jetzt schon mehrere Stunden wegen des Umzugs auf eine andere Festplatte nur mit Nero verbringen durfte. Der Support ist wirklich nicht zufriedenstellend. Meine Referenznummer möchte ich hier nicht mitteilen, damit kein Missbrauch betrieben wird. Letzte Mail an Nero support war heute.
Heute 21.04.2023 der Service hat sich gemeldet und beginnt damit, das ich alles noch einmal wiederholen soll. Deinstallieren Herunterladen usw.! Dann schrieb ich das ich das bereits zum 9mal mache. Man schickte mir einen erneuten Downloadlink. Diesmal offline installation. HEE das Programm was makig ist wird aus dem Internet installiert. Deshalb ja die Fehlermeldung Seite nicht vertrauenswürdig. Ich denke das dort Leute sitzen die entweder keine Ahnung haben oder die sich gelangweilt fühlen. Ich fühle mich verarscht! Keine Lösung in Aussicht auch nachdem ich für den Support eine ZIP Logdatei erstellt habe. Nochmal über Chrome installieren war die Antwort. Ich denke Sunny Sun so heist mein Kommunikationspartner liest die Mails nur an und denkt das er damit genug getan hat. ALSO DER SERVICE ist schlicht weg SCH....! Nun ist WE und keine Aussicht auf Hilfe zu erwarten, denn das Deutsch aus der Mail scheint mit einem Übersetzer Programm geschrieben worden zu sein. Ich war eigentlich immer zufrieden mit NERO, doch nun nach ca. 20 Jahren arbeit mit Nero und nun den ersten schwächen des Programms, zweifle ich am KUNDENSERVICE der wohl über den Atlantik kommt. Ich werde auf keinen Fall ein Upgrade mehr kaufen, obwohl die Handhabung immer sehr einfach war. Aber nach 10 Deinstallationen und auch Neuinstallationen habe ich einfach die Nase voll.

Angesichts der Tatsache das ich selbst den Support um ein sepparat zu installierendes Programm von Tuneiup bat und mir dieses nach weiteren Missverständnissen dann endlich gesandt wurde, muss ich sagen das ich nie zuvor einen so schlechten Support erhalten habe. Nach Wochen nun endlich ein Ergebnis, mit dem ich leben kann. Aber ansonsten weiß ich nicht was der Mitarbeiter dort macht und warum es solche Kommunikationsprobleme gibt. Alles klar mit Screenshots dargestellt gefühlte 20 mal alles geschrieben und geschildert. Absolut unfähig technische Probleme selbst zu beheben.

Nero war mal ein ganz brauchbares Programm, ist aber mittlerweile vollkommen überfrachtet und abgeschottet wie Software für Atomforschung. Das Anmelden an einem Nero-Account funktioniert z. B. hinter einem Proxy so gut wie gar nicht (schon öfters erlebt). Der Support schreibt Mails, die offenbar durch den Google-Übersetzer gelaufen sind und schlägt Sachen zur Lösung vor, die ebenso hanebüchen wie unbrauchbar sind. Der Kram soll einfach laufen, tut es aber tagelang nicht. Mein Fazit: Hände weg. Wer Langmut und Nerven hat, möge sich damit gerne herumschlagen.

Seit Wochen keine Rückmeldung auf mein Supportticket. Kein Telefonkontakt möglich. Null Antwort. Geld abgebucht aber Software deaktiviert.

At just before 6.35 I went into neros in churchill Square Brighton.. the shop close it at 7pm.. I was refused a drink that i wanted to takeaway. I had not long finished work so was not happy to find I could not get a drink.. the person I spoke to said its because the ill had been taken downstairs.. this is the worst customer service iv had.. if there open till 7 then they should serve till 7.. and even more I'm do angry because this is not the first time. The last time was around the same time 6.30 ish I was with my 5 year old daughter so I thought I'd get us a drink to take out and let my daughter go to the toilet as she's 5.. I am really discussed with this .. I would like compensation and a apology please.

Nero, ist das letzte was es noch von Deutscher Seite gibt. Keine Antworten auf Support haben es wahrscheinlich nicht nötig, mit Ihrer Masche wenn geschrieben wird der Code ist nicht mehr verfügbar. denen sollte man die Ei.... lang ziehen

Nachdem mein altes Nero in die Jahre gekommen ist und auf W10 nicht mehr läuft, habe ich mir das neueste von Nero gekauft. Das Geld hätte ich mir sparen können. Aus unerfindlichen Gründen muss ich mich bei jedem Start zuerst mal übers web einloggen. Lästig!
Das neue Programm ist mittlerweile mit Funktionen überfrachtet und für PC-dummies verwirrend. Für meinen Bedarf reicht immer noch ein kostenloses Brennprogramm.

Die teuerste Anwendung auf dem Markt, aber nicht die beste! Zum Beispiel CDburnerXP funktioniert tadellos und ist GRATIS.
Und wenn man Hilfe braucht bekommt man KEINE Antwort.

This is a reply to an email I received denying me the use of something I paid for and used legally. I installed a new HDD and had to reactivate. They refused and said I had to buy new.
" I have Nero 9 reload, I had the previous versions and they served me well for years. I find it disgusting that you're virtually forcing people to buy new when there's no need and given the massive negative press on you, I will be following suite and not using you ever again. I will continue to give you negative reviews in the hope you're taught a lesson about greed and lack of customer care. People are waking up to the power of boycotting and I'm sure you'll reap what you're still sowing. "

Steer clear of this company and they may learn how to behave via being hit in their greedy pockets. I can't see them doing so but you never know. Disabling software that people have legitimately bought and use and that works perfectly well in order to sell other products is bang out of order.

Nero Platinum unlimited is probably the worst software I have ever bought. The slideshow maker is terrible, the quality control slider does not function most of the time. Don't buy this box of bolts. I reinstalled 2017 version at least it works.

Was looking forward to a coffee and scone on arriving at Heathrow Airport terminal 2 yesterday. The scone was GBP 3.2 and dreadful. When I cut it open it was obvious it was not fresh. I will not be frequenting Cafe Nero after this experience.

Charged my $5 without activating anything. Looks like its just fake.

Edit: it did activate -> for the account associated with the paypal email. Watch out for this, if you're paypal account uses a different email, you'll be out of luck.

I purchased boxed copy from Nero Platinum unlimited licence from Currys/PC world recently. Worked fine. Then after downloading updates Nero Start starts acting as if no licence. Then next set of updates a week or so later starts stopping me from using Nero Burn and stating I needed to get back online & activate the product. In going into my account it asks for the activation code but putting in the purchased activation code it states it has already been used. There is no customer service that seems available. So Nero Burn cannot be used (& perhaps the other Nero Platinum suite software?). It seems that after updating it cannot be used successfully offline.
