My husband and I have just completed on our house sale, and we honestly don’t know what we would have done without Katie. It has been a long journey (we started back in March and finally completed in December!) and a bit of a rollercoaster with chains breaking and solicitor delays, but Katie was the absolute constant throughout it all.

None of the issues were ever her fault, but she was always the one sorting them out. She is so much more than just an estate agent; she genuinely cares about her clients. She was always available on WhatsApp to answer our questions (and calm our nerves!), chased up slow solicitors relentlessly, and went completely above and beyond—even popping in to feed our cats and check on the house when we were away on holiday. She even offered to help us do charity shop runs in her campervan right at the end!

If you want someone who is proactive, calm, and actually on your side, you need Katie in your corner. She made a stressful process manageable and we are so grateful for her perseverance. Thank you Katie!

Highly recommended. The customer service I have received from Dave and the team so far has been fantastic. Receiving instant responses to my queries, along with fast progress throughout the selling process has left me in no doubt that nested were the right choice.

Jack Gundry was absolutely brilliant from start to finish during the process of buying our first home! He was always available to answer our questions, incredibly accommodating with viewings, and kept us fully up to date along the journey. From the start, we were thrilled to be working with Jack as he always seemed invested in helping us as buyers, and he built a strong rapport with us which made us feel very comfortable, unlike the more traditional estate agents we enquired with. Later on there were some complications further along the chain and Jack was consistently chasing everyone and keeping things moving, and keeping us updated. Highly recommend!

Kash from Nested Clapham was friendly and the right amount of proactive. I had some issues with my seller and he helped resolve and move that along expeditiously. Would've been even better if he pushed the sellers to accurately reflect some of the facts of the flat from the get go.
