Delivery took a couple of weeks however I was advised of this in advance

After weeks of googling for an affordable ergonomic chair, I finally came across this sleek little number. Though not without some minor assembly flaws (which I will detail), this chair has definitely fulfilled it's purpose! I ordered on a Tuesday and my order arrived exactly 12 days after (on a Sunday) which I actually appreciated, as it's not typically a working day. I did have to prompt the store to send me a dispatch email a few days after I’d placed the order, and this was then provided a few days after that. Assembly may have been the least enjoyable aspect. Instructions were illustrations instead of written format, so there was a small amount of uncertainty when it came to figuring out how to do each step. The 2 most difficult stages were : 1; screwing in the Four screws underneath the seat that attached the back and arms to the seat. (TIP: use a lot of pressure to hold both parts together whilst screwing to ensure they are secure. TIP: pull arms wider when screwing in as this is how the fit is supposed to be. Ensure the holes are aligned.) AND 2; When I was putting in the wheels all but one slotted in perfectly. After about 30 minutes of trying to figure out whether I had messed it up, I flipped the chair upside down again for further examination and when I looked really closely I could see remains from the welding/manufacturing left in the hole where the final wheel was supposed to go. I had to grab my sharpest kitchen knife and chop these tiny metal bits off so that the last wheel could slot into it's hole. Very simple to do but took absolutely ages to figure out!! Anyway as a chair with tilt and height adjustments the final result was definitely worth the money paid. Not only do I really like the look of the chair, it doesn't take up too much space at all, perfect for my already packed room. I've been doing 8 Hour days in this chair working from home & I'm super pleased with all the back support I'm getting from it. Overall, so far so good, you’ll probably be pleasantly surprised if your expectations aren't rocket high.

Although I accepted the product which is good, the delivery had left a bruise where it had been clouted on the leg edge but not really in a prominent spot otherwise aok

Wrong product (I wanted this item in an oak finish, so although I could get it cheaper elsewhere if I wanted beech, I chose this retailer). They were very polite and agreed they'd advertised the wrong product on their website and they never had any oak versions, only beech. They refunded me the difference I would have paid if I'd gone to a different supplier. Item itself is OK, but the central column for storing CDs is a very tight fit and sometimes difficult to get the CDs in.

Edit: company have been very apologetic and actually gave a much better explanation of what went wrong. Initially it sounded like the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. Hopefully they will be able to improve communication between themselves and their warehouse in the future. Hopefully I can order the stools in January as they look to be a good match for our kitchen.
May try again - they did refund me promptly. (Item was paid for and two phone conversations were had about colour. Then an email to say that there were none available. Despite being told there were 4.

Very helpful finding me the right purple bar stools.
The first ones arrived quickly, but weren't the 'plum/purple' i wanted to match my kitchen. I spoke with Zed, who went about sourcing me the perfect colour, after sharing photos with him. He arranged collection/return of the first ones and delivered the second order within a coulpe of days, and they are perfect!
Very helpful & very quick to respond. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Good customer service re stock availability and delivery dates even during the coronavirus crisis, though a couple of chaser emails were needed. But all questions fully answered. The Ben computer desk is very solidly made and well finished; it took me a long time to find a ready assembled computer desk that would fit in our house in terms of dimensions and looks. One small point from an online customer: it is really difficult to find the route by which a keyboard cable can get from the keyboard tray down into the compartment where the system unit goes. But I found it at last!

Searched for a long time trying to find a good solid bar height table - I wanted to be able to put my own table top on it. Found the one I needed here and though Covid-19 slowed delivery it arrived in good order and we're very happy with the product.

I needed a new chair so that I could work from home more comfortably. Having done a bit of research, I realised how expensive these chairs can be and then came across netfurniture. The chairs seemed reasonably priced, though I suspected I might be sacrificing a bit in quality. Anyway, I made a slight error when entering my details when I ordered which I had to sort, which was when I had my first encounter with their customer services, which were absolutely superb. Issues sorted with minimal fuss and great flexibility. From then on, the communication was excellent. The chair was delivered in the given time frame with again transparent tracking. As the icing on the cake, when the chair arrived I was thrilled to find that I had not sacrificed in quality at all. The chair represents fantastic value for money and I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company. Ordered a new chair so that I was able to work comfortably from home during these challenging times, placed my order and received an email the following day informing me that there was an issue obtaining the chair that I had originally ordered, was immediately offered a more expensive chair (for the same price) and it was delivered the next day.
