I bought a Jersey in the 1st of February, paid extra for faster delivery, but my order never arrived and the package was returned to the sender, in Belgium,NY. I asked for a refund via chat, at first, Sam, the attended, said I couldn't get a refund, then, after I explain him what happened, he gave me the case number 240408-3D8-Y telling that the company would refund me, and I would receive a confirmation via email. But I didn't heard from them after that. It seems to be a scam company. Don't buy from them.

The sizing seems off. I ordered a ladies jersey in a size small (normally wear a size xs) and it is tight around the chest/shoulders. Also, it came without a tag which makes me wonder if I got one that was previously used. Overpriced considering the name/numbers are a screen print vs stitching.

Well I was told my order was lost and that I would get another top sent to me. The factory sends out the tracking information to the shipping company but not the merchandise. I was suppose to get expedite delivery but instead I get nothing. I will wait a couple days but if the factory can't send out my order to the shipping company I expect a refund. NFL Shop you need to work with the factory to make sure merchandise gets shipped out.

I ordered from Nflshop.ca. so I'm not sure if their affiliated. I imagine they are. With that being said, DO NOT order from these guys. My shipment has been out for delivery for 5 days now. I contacted the delivery company landmark global who are no better then these guys. They have a 1.4 rating out of 5 with over 5k reviews.

I also read some of the replies on here from nflshop.com and they are nowhere near what the customer was talking about.

I reported them as fraudulent and so far they are being investigated. DO NOT ORDER there is a high chance you will not receive your merchandise and you will have to go through the hassle of a refund.

Same story as everyone else, I ordered 3 49er shirts to be here by 9 February now they’re saying the 12th after the Super Bowl I will never order from the NFL Shop again!😤

SCAM. I ordered a jersey, paid extra for expedited delivery. Never received the package, never heard from them again until I cancelled my order. ALWAYS check reviews before you buy, I learned this the hard way.

Completely unacceptable for you to offer GUARANTEED delivery by the superbowl order 3 different shirts and hats with the expectation of receiving by 2/9 call Noone can say anything but I understand actually you don't.No merchandise with 2 day's before the superbowl... Now delivery is 2/12 after the superbowl smh FALSE ADVERTISING isn't called for...

They give u a delivery date then the excuses start when you need a company to care about the customer.first they said the dates never changed but when I said and proved it did.new excuses started.if u order on the 2nd..the 16th SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.deal with it or return it after your long wait was there solution

I ORDERED A 49ERS T-SHIRT AFTER THEY WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME AND I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION. IT WAS TO BE DELIVED BY 2/9 AND APPARERENTLY THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER THE NEXT DAY I ORDERED IT AND NEVER EMAILED ME TO LET ME KNOW. SO TWO DAYS BEFORE SUPERBOWL I GO TO FIND OUT WHERE MY SHIRT IS AND TO MY SURPRISE IT IS NOT COMING. WAY TO GO NFLSHOP!! THANKS

I read the negative reviews about nfl.com but was a bit puzzled. Some reviews were about problems with returns, or damaged merchandise etc but the majority seemed to concern delivery delays. Once a vendor has filled an order, delivery is then in the hands of the shipper not the vendor. From personal experience I have seen UPS completely lose tracked parcels and have had USPS Priority mail take almost three weeks to deliver an envelope that should have been delivered in 3 business days (to a city within a two hour drive). I placed an order with nfl.com. The order was filled earlier than promised and when it shipped, I received an email with the tracking. I actually received my parcel earlier than the estimated delivery date. Everything was on time and the merchandise was as promised.

A jersey I ordered was not near the quality I expected. Was contacted with a return shipping label to return for refund. Description of jersey standards would be more helpful. Customer service is top notch.

I ordered twice the same t-shirt. The first time they send me a woman t-shirt (I ordered a man one). I returned it and ordered another one. Guess what, they send me a woman t-shirt again! I had to return it and the t-shirt I ordered twice and never received was out of stock. Very bad experience and very difficult to get in touch with somebody. And of course you have to wait 7 to 14 days to get credited.

I placed an order on 12/24/23 and I have yet to receive the order. It has been in transit for weeks now and I am unable to cancel or contact anyone about this issue. Not acceptable! I want a refund!! order #107-7520-3715

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 28 and have not received it yet. I have no way of contacting this company. It has been almost six weeks.

I was receiving updates from UPS saying it'll be delivered today since Dec 29th. I called them and they said technically I'll receive the package on Jan 8th. This website it's a joke or scam, whatever.

I do not recommend this company!! I ordered a sweatshirt and the size was wrong. I returned it the day after I ordered it for a refund to my original payment method. They sent me a e gift card and I have had to call several times to get my money back. All the people I spoke to were not helpful and rude! You can barely understand them due to language barrier and they tell you they are not allowed to give out any other number to get additional help. Still waiting for my refund and I will never use this site again. Do not recommend!

Where is my order? My son was so disappointed that his Christmas gift has not arrived! I have emailed twice and no response. Am I going to receive the item?

I placed an order on November 27th, as of today December 15th it still shows as processing. I emailed the customer service contact posted on the website on Monday to request an update and did not receive a response. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and now it's too late for me to order from another vendor plus they took my money yet haven't even processed my order yet and zero response from Customer Service. I see responses to these reviews so I am crossing my fingers and hoping to get some sort of response since they obviously don't check or respond to their customer service emails. All I want is either an update on shipping to see if I need to find another Christmas gift or a refund.

Do not deal with these guys,.. You have been warned. you will NOT get your stuff. Endless reviews and I neglected to listen,.. I to got shafted from ordering from these people just like the others :( . Can't say you didn't know when it happens to you!!! Good luck!

This is my third and last order with this Company. Shipping has taken over two weeks for every order. Why should it take that long when being shipped out of NY to Western Canada? I receive shoes from overseas in one week lol Don't bother ordering from here.

Update Dec 26th- I finally received my package 22 days later. Not happy and will never order for this terrible company.
