Hardest individuals to get in contact…

Hardest individuals to get in contact with!! Chat service is no help and takes forever to reply. They don’t answer, quickly hang up when they do, and has an automated message that ends up hanging up on you! Needless to say I’m probably never shopping at the NFL shop ever again!

*Update* I bought their very expensive hoodie…

I bought their very expensive hoodie Men's NFL Pro Standard Black League Wordmark Short Sleeve Pullover Hoodie and washed it on gentle with the hoodie turned inside out and did not dry it and when I took it out of the washer, I noticed the emblems were starting to peel back. These hoodies are $179.99. This should not happen! The emblems are peeling.

*UPDATE
Since posting this, Sam from customer service reached out to me and compensated me for the issue but I'm also hoping that the issue with the emblems will be resolved because the hoodie is made of good quality material BUT the emblems should not peel off after 1 wash on gentle cycle and no drying. Please, please, please fix this! I'll reorder it!

Returns but no Refund

I returned a Jersey which shows it was delivered to your warehouse on 9/10/2024 still no refund. 26 Minutes on hold to be told they can't issue a refund because of a system problem but they can see the order was returned. I want my money

Infuriating

Placed an order for a Lions jersey on 8/30 and card was charged the next day. I recieved two emails on
9/3 and 9/5 stating my order had shipped. Emails each had the same tracking number but when I looked at UPS site, it stated that UPS did not have the package. On 9/17 I called nfl shop and was told that the order had not shipped, but would by 9/23. I asked numerous times why I would have received the emails stating order had shipped and the answer I got was "sorry for the inconvenience". On 9/23 I checked again and UPS still did not have the package. So I called nfl shop back that same day and was on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me they would resend the order extradited or refund. I asked for it to be sent extradited and was placed on hold again. I was told that i will recieve an email within 24 hours with shipping information. After 24 hours I got an email with my order number but the email never said anything that it shipped. I clicked the link and it said no orders found. So I called nfl shop again. To say that this phone call was infuriating would be an understatement. I gave her the order number from the email from today. She said it will be shipped on 9/30 and delivered by 10/9. How is that extradited? I asked and she said that because it's a special event. I asked what a special event was and she would not answer the question and I could barely understand her. She then asked me if I was familiar with the NFL!! I asked for a manager, was placed on hold only to be told no one was availabe. She then went on to say that because the jersey was a special event the warehouse sent the tracking number, yet it had not been made yet. She would not give me an answer as to why that is their policy. And went on to say that it was a special event because i ordered it in September. I asked how thats possible when I order it on 8/30 and recieved a shipping confirmation on 9/3 and 9/5. Come to find out, the order number from the second email was different than the first order number. They must have created a whole new order on 9/23 when i called but they never told me that. I gave her the first order number from 8/30 and she said the order was shipped 9/3. I said it was not according to your coworker yesterday and UPS tracking. I then asked her where it was shipped to which she then asked me for my address and I told her no, tell me where you shipped it. She would not provide it. She then said the order must have been lost. Which was never reported in the call the day before. I finally told her to refund the order and she first said it would post 24-48 hours. She put me on hold, said it would then be 24-72 hours. I asked which is it, and she said 24-48 hours. During this entire phone call I asked for a manager numerous times, was placed on hold numerous times and told no one was available. She would also place me on hold and not answer my questions. There was absolute silence but I refused to hang up the phone. I will NOT be ordering from this company ever again. It's one thing for them to say things got messed up. Never ONCE did they do that. The persons I spoke to talked in circles. So infuriating!

Was disappointed but thanks to Sam he's made me a very Happy customer.

I was totally disappointed with the NFL shop I had problems with all my orders just as well as my refunds. Today a supervisor from the NFL by the name of Sam called me, he totally understood and addressed my situation.Sam made me a very Happy customer. I will receive my new jersey on Wednesday thanks to Sam in spite of the whole experience,and all I went through it turned out to be a great experience thanks to Sam. You made me a very Happy customer.

Add Reviews to product.

I wish nfl shop dot com would have reviews on the site where you order. Like other comments, the jerseys are iron on numbers and decals. Expectations were embroidered for the price. Would not buy again.

I wanted to order a jersey for my husband's birthday. I researched the different sites & chose the NFLshop as said it sold "officially licensed apparel" & they offered a military discount. In the past I have ordered from eBay. The package took forever to deliver. Upon receiving it I thought it was rather light compared to other jerseys that I've bought in the past that were A LOT cheaper. Opened it up and it looks incredibly cheap. The letters and numbers look like someone used thier Cricut and ironed them on. I could have done that!! They look like they will easily peel off. Had I known I would have spent a whole lot less and got better quality from a seller on eBay. Probably delivered a lot faster too!! Was excited to give it to my husband to wear this Sunday for the game...... LAME

Wish I had looked at reviews before…

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. They sent my shirt to the wrong address. Not even the correct state. I sent many emails and they have not responded. I have emails for my order but it doesn't show my order history. Site is intentionally hard to navigate and customer service seems to be non existent. Enjoy my money scammers. Its the last dime you get from me. I will be leaving this review everywhere I can and reporting you to the BBB

Doesn’t offer a specific product for a specific team

For months and months I’ve been really looking forward to getting one of the new Texans jerseys with custom name and number. For some reason my Texans are the only team in the league that don’t offer the any name any number feature and I have no idea why or when this will be fixed. It doesn’t make sense why it’s never been available and nobody from customer service has given me a clear answer.

Tshirt is poor quality

Tshirt is poor quality - 1 wash and the stitching at the shoulder came apart. Refund policy is that I get store credit or pay $10 to ship their crap back to them. So I paid $30 for a T-shirt that lasted 1 time through the washing machine.

Has not left facility and it is the 31st
Company has no phone number published so you can get help, and looking at these other reviews it is clear why they don’t want to speak to customers. They don’t care and they have your money so why should they do anything for the customer ?
Sticking to Amazon.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They will take orders but you will not receive your merchandise. I placed an order in April and it is now almost September. The Order Status has been on "Shipped" for months. They'll probably respond to this review with the standard "We apologize for your bad experience etc...." but my question is, what happens to the items that are "lost"? Do they even have these items to sell? Stay away.

I made a purchase of 2 items on July…

I made a purchase of 2 items on July 31, 2024. The items never came. After contacting customer service 7 times, I was assured my items would be shipped "the next day or the day after". The items still were never shipped. On Aug. 27, 2024, a supervisor told me the items were in stock and that I should cancel my order, and then reorder the items at a 50% didcount and that they would be overnighted to me. The items have still not been shipped. After talking to a manager, I was assurred that the items would be shipped on Aug.30 and Set. 3. I told the manager that I was told 7 times in the past 2 weeks that my items would be shipped and what should I do if my items weren't shipped when she said they would be. Her answer was that could cancel my order.

Poor service

Take your money. Poor customer service. Cannot call anyone. Waiting for an item and I did not get any information. When I digitally chatted I was told they don’t know when they will get it.
It’s a shame . I wanted 1 st round 1 st pick t shirt and not available . Trying to support new rookie.

Do Not Do Business With This Company!

Placed two orders over 6 weeks ago. Have been given multiple bogus ship dates which never happened. 7 calls and 4 emails to Customer Service" only to hear them read from the same script of "waiting to hear back from the warehouse". Do no trust or use this company if you expect them to ship your order.

We purchased the NFL Tailgate Toss corn hole game. The bean bags are of incredibly cheap construction, many bursting at the seams after one use, all busted after twice used. A terrible, worthless product.

Nflshop.com I'm just disgusted with your shipping team, and UPS. My order was placed 6 days ago, and has been sitting in Butler NC for 2 days with no updates, when I track the package for the last 2 days it keeps changing the delivery date, without any further updates. Why do you use UPS, then have UPS hand it over to the USPS, every dang time, it seems to take forever to get from Butler NC to Lynchburg Virginia, heck I can drive there in less than 2-3 hours. I'll never use nflshop.com of fanatics ever again....

Won a gift card from these guys that wouldn't work when trying to purchase something so customer service just said it had expired even tho I won it a day ago and their website says gift cards never expire.
