Wrong size, wrong team!
Tee shirts ordered. Received Wrong size for one, and the wrong team for another. Shockingly bad. Why don’t the NFL keep an eye on this and sanction them/pull the plug?

Follow up to review on 1/8
This is a follow up to my review from 1/8/26. After I left the bad review, I received a call (which I missed) The message said they would like to discuss how to rectify the situation. Upon calling back, I spoke with a customer service rep that said “ sorry, we still can’t change the ecard to a credit card return.” I am perplexed why they would call to make it right and then not make it right! Infuriating! Please don’t waste your money on this company!
Update 1/16- I was offered a coupon for 30 percent off an item (instead of giving me my money back as they should have. I’m pretty sure their company has enough $ for a $75 refund)

I initially had issues with a return for a jacket I purchased, but upon seeing my review, the company quickly stepped forward and fixed the issue, and then some.

Poor quality items even worse customer care
I purchased 2 items before Christmas. When they arrived one was an XL in women’s but it was sized to fit a child. The other, an XL in men’s ran small. The zipper was all plastic and was stuck, wouldn’t zip up or down. I was afraid to break it. I sent them back but was faced with a nearly $10 return fee per item. Wow that’s a lot! Then they issued me 2 gift cards for my return. I tried to get them to give me my money back to which they responded they couldn’t. I’m not sure why even though I told them the issue and that I wouldn’t be ordering from them again. I was forced to have those gift cards. I ordered again to at least get something out of it and lo and behold, the next time I got was so cheap, so thin. I paid over $100 for it and could have found something better at a dollar store for $10. I returned it immediately and wouldn’t you know it, I was given gift cards again. I tried and tried to get them to refund me money instead of gift cards as I don’t want to do business with them at all. They explained again they can’t. The problem isn’t that they can’t it’s that they won’t. They don’t care about customers they just sell cheap items and force you to keep doing business with them by giving you gift cards and continually charging outrageous fees to return their junk to them. Buyer beware. You can get better quality gear anywhere else and better service too. This company is terrible, greedy and doesn’t care about the people who bring them business. If I could give a zero, it wouldn’t be enough.

Not to be trusted!!! I ordered two rookie cards (Peyton Manning and Jerry Rice) with autographs. Pictures on the site showed nearly perfect corners. Cards received were not even close to what was shown. When I contacted customer service, they went round and round saying the signatures might nit represent exactly what was shown on the site. They refused to address the real concern with terrible card corners. Not to be trusted.
Cost increase after ordering
A handful of times now I’ve placed an order with a discount code, where it shows the discounted price throughout the entire checkout process. As soon as I hit the final button, it says ‘order confirmed’ with the original price without discount. It’s incredibly disappointing that they lead people on with a great price and then once they commit payment it goes up an insane amount.
I’ve run into this on several occasions this last year, for several different products. Had to cancel all of my orders. Do not recommend, feels very sneaky!

Ongoing Issues and Gift Card Not Activated
I have had ongoing issues with NFLShop.com since November. The original store credit I received did not work. I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told it was active. I eventually asked to speak with a supervisor, who was also not helpful, and only after getting very firm did anything move forward.
After finally placing an order, it took a long time to arrive. After Christmas, I returned the item as this was a gift and they wanted a different color and was issued a gift card refund. The gift card did not work. I called customer service three times and was told each time it was active when it was not. I then received an email stating the gift card was activated, yet it still did not work, requiring another call.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and customers should not have to repeatedly call and escalate issues just to use credits they are owed.
Deceptive Practices
I bought a lululemon jacket for $138.00. It was received 9/17/25. Problem free. When the gift was opened, it didn't fit. I utilized online chat to do an exchange for the proper size and was informed they don't do exchanges and I would be discounted the return shipping fee. I agreed and initiated the return 12/26 and received an email confirmation of the $138.00 return purchase price. I did not reorder the item.
On 12/28, I received an email that the item was now on sale for $96.00. I hit the link in the email and purchased the same item in the correct size this time. On 12/29 I received an email confirmation that my original $138.00 purchase would now be credited at the sale price. So when I wanted to do an exchange it was impossible. However, now my 2 distinct transactions several days apart are somehow linked. Also, I have paid shipping and return fees and a fee for choosing a credit card credit instead of an in store credit/gift card. Why would anyone want an in store credit with all of these corporate shenanigans? Oh- the on-line chats and calls are a waste if time. There are many unethical practices in play with this company.
NFL Shop appears to be a poorly run…
NFL Shop appears to be a poorly run company that doesn't care about customer experience. Received two apparel items as a Christmas gift, and needed to exchange for larger size. Website gave bogus instructions for gift return, so we gave up after some time of trying to make it work. There was no phone number listed on the web site, so I tried chat. Chat was a horrible experience, also. Wrong answers, VERY slow responses from agent, lots of stalling, wouldn't answer questions. I've been on chat an hour(!!!), and I still haven't received return instructions. Chat has gone dead. Not sure what to do now. Phone number, phone number, phone number.

Do not order from this company and expect to get what you ordered. I ordered San Francisco 49ers merchandise that was clearly red on the website but when it came in the mail, it was purple as a plum an NFL business should know NFL football team colors. Furthermore, they refuse to do a refund. Their customer service is a joke. There’s nothing they can do even though this was their mistake.
Deceptive practices!
Placed an order 12/19 for a product advertised as arriving before Christmas. AFTER I checked out i was given my receipt saying delivery date 12/26! I tried support....took awhile to find. And the automated chatbot gave its worse AI customer service possible telling me that the 2 business days only applies AFTER it ships but it may take awhile to process before it will even ship!!

If I could give zero i would, there tracking system is crap and crappy customer service support telling me its been out for delivery and its not .I ordered on the 8th of dec and now the 19th of dec ,telling me I have to wait 3 days after the date to get refunded or sent a new product .uh no ! I had a horrible experience with this order. I placed it almost a month ago and it is still processing. I paid extra for 3–6 day shipping, which has been completely meaningless since the item hasn’t even shipped.
I reached out to customer service for help, and they were not helpful at all — I was simply told to wait. Now, nearly a month later, there is still no progress on my order.
The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. At this point, the experience honestly feels misleading and borderline like a scam. Extremely disappointed.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. According to the tracking information, my package actually arrived in the destination city, where it was supposed to be delivered, and then was inexplicably sent back. No one notified me, no explanation was provided, and no solution was offered.
I placed my order on november 28th for a christmas gift. Today is december 17th.
I was expecting a standard delivery process. Instead, I am left waiting with no answers and no accountability. Customer service has not been helpful, and this situation has completely undermined my confidence in ordering from this store.

Very Positive Customer Support
I placed an order about 4 months ago and experienced what i'd imagine to be everything that could go wrong with an online order. I collectively called in 15-20 times and nearly every employee I spoke with was very helpful and committed to finding a positive solution. Fast track to today Chastity called me and for the first time, officially solved the whole puzzle. She was so kind and incredibly generous. Would definitely recommend calling in if you ever have an issue.
Worst experience ever online!!!
The items displayed in their online shop look good. The prices seem appropriate. However, I was shipped the wrong size on my first item which came a week later but my second item on the same order (was supposed to be a Steelers men’s flannel pants) never arrived and instead I received a pair of shorts for a Michigan team and a pair of shorts for the Falcons. When you contact their support line for a return, you are given to a virtual assistant, which cannot help you and then you wait online for about 10 minutes for a live chat, the live chat person will text you in very broken English that I could not even make sense of it. I think they will send me a return label within 24 hours via email which I then have to print out, repack, & then go to a UPS office to return the item that they incorrectly sent. When they receive it they said that they will have 7-10 business days to refund my money and then I can reorder the item ,because it’s out of stock now, but they also said they would make me a new order. They now say it’s out of stock and yet they confirmed my order , gave me a shipping confirmation date, and took my payment that’s illegal! Basically they’re borrowing your money charging you shipping and handling to send you incorrect items which gives them two weeks to deliver it to you and two weeks for return to them so they have borrowed thousands of people‘s money for one month. you get nothing out of it except a headache do not shop at NFL shop I don’t care if it says official site or if it actually is the official site do not do it. there is also a number that you can pull up through Google that will give you a live person to speak with, but again that person was located in the Philippines, and basically all he could tell me was no ma’am you cannot order that it is out of stock and trying to explain to him that I had already ordered it, and they had already taken my money and already confirmed delivery didn’t help because he said yes, and you received an item so it was delivered, telling him it was not what I ordered did not help. I think it is a big scam to borrow people’s money, report it to the Better Business Bureau.
Truly the worst customer service I’ve…
Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a hat on 12/8. It is 12/15 and it hasn’t shipped. I tried calling & their automated system will not allow me to speak with a human being. It hung up on me multiple times. I tried using their live chat, after demanding it from the AI chatbot, and they refuse to help until my order is actually late. It will be too late by the, as this is a gift. NFL.com has quite the monopoly on merch so I guess they don’t feel like treating their customers with any respect is necessary. This isn’t my first bad experience with nfl.com, just the first I’ve submitted a review about & I expect nothing to change. That said, don’t buy if you have an expectation of timeliness.
Don't trust shipping times
I ordered a shirt as a gift for a friend's birthday. It was ordered a week before I needed it.
It said it was in stock. I picked the two day shipping.
Figured everything was good.
I got an email that it shipped early and was on the way.
Two days later when I didn't get it I reached out to the chat. That process was terrible. I finally spoke to someone and they couldn't help me so transferred me to a supervisor, still via chat.
The supervisor said even though I got an email that it shipped it hadn't but would ship that day. Also said they would ship it two day shipping like I paid for and he refunded me for the shipping charge.
My friend's birthday past now. Still no shirt. It says shipped but hasn't moved. This whole process has been so frustrating. I had to go out and purchase another gift day of party so I had something.
Today is 10 days since I ordered the shirt.
