Bad customer service
Order was suppose to be delivered the 5th of December. Then I was told the 12th. NFL Shop told me my order was sent out they said UPS had my order. I followed the tracking numbers and called UPS. They hadn't received my package. NFL Shop lied. I called them back and they kept saying it was sent out. Finally after 6 phone calls back and forth from NFL Shop and UPS. They admitted it hadn't been shipped

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas in November that was in stock. It said would arrive in 3-6 business days. I was. Harged immediately and waited over 2 weeks and it still the order was processing. I reached out to customer service and they informed me it's no longer in stock. Nobody ever notified me. Just awful customer service and of course now no jersey for a Christmas gift for my son. Truly bad customer service and experience overall.

Order never shipped, you can’t speak to a live person
Place an order December 1. Received a notification that it had shipped, along with a tracking number. However, when you pull up the tracking number, UPS says it hasn’t received a package yet. Unable to get a hold of a live person via chat or phone. I will never purchase from this website again.

I've ordered multiple items on multiple occasions through NFL shop and each time the delivery is delayed.
I'm still waiting on an order that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago!
Just received my order 3 days late. I ordered three hats. They were all stuffed into a box that was way too small . One of the hats wasn't wrapped in plastic, which I thought was odd.
Another hat that was stuffed in the box so tight, the front of the hat was folded over and now has a permanent crease in the front of the hat.
Another one of the hats was jammed into the box, now the bill of it is all messed up.
I'm done ordering from the NFL shop!

Buyers Beware!!
I bought a Christmas gift which said I’d get it between Dec 14-16 which was cool since I will still be in town to collect it. After I purchased it the delivery date changed to the 19-29!!! I was upset because I will not be in town, I called customer service right away and kept getting the run around just to cancel this purchase!! I will never buy from them ever again!! I told them how can you advertise a date and then change the date once its purchased?! They could not give me a straight answer the 3 times I called them!!!

Stupid me that I didn't check the reviews on here before. Bought 3 cups on the 6th of December, today's the 11th and I haven't received any comms re the shipping yet. Whatsapp number on site is not working. Scam scam scam.
Don't waste your time, money, or your sanity.
I would give them a zero if I could. I have spent a lot of money, I'm talking a couple grand, on items from this company. I have only ever returned 2 items from all those purchases. I asked specifically for them to be place back onto my bank card that I ordered the items from. They put both items on a gift card. They refuse to fix the problem. I have spoke to at least 3 different people. Also, the 2 items i returned, were from the same original order. They were sent back, TOGETHER, in the same box, at the same time, from the same UPS store. However, it took a few days for 1 return and over a week and a half for the other to be returned. Both to gift cards. Now they refuse to fix the problem even though it is their fault. They told me it is an issue with the bank. I will never spend money at this company EVER AGAIN. Gift cards can be cancelled out. The money COULD BE credited to my bank account. They refuse to make THEIR WRONG, RIGHT. Customer service was NO help. I ask to have a number for a higher up, they gave the number to me and then ended the chat. They said nothing else in the chat, just ended it. Thats fine. I'll make sure people know how shady their practices are and how unhelpful their staff are. This return is over $80, from an order that was almost $350. I'll make sure that everyone I know, does not buy from them, especiallysince this is how they treat customers who have purchased so many different items from them. I will also contact the BBB and my lawyer. Save your money, your time, and most importantly, your sanity. Buy from your teams local shop if you must. Just don't deal with these people. Also, by the looks of it, this seems to be a problem with multiple people who have posted reviews on many different review sites. This isn't just one bad experience with one bad review. Overall, not a company worth my money.

If I could give them zero stars, I would order a jersey on November 29 paid an extra $10 to get it in three days and we are on December 9and I have not received nothing tried to reach customer service and the delivery service, which is a joke. Please do not order from this company.
What customer experience?
I’ve never experienced customer service this frustrating. I had to reach out five different times just to get a basic issue addressed. One of those times, I was told a manager would call me back that call never happened.
It shouldn’t take this much effort to get help, and the lack of follow-through was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. I truly hope they improve their communication and accountability, but this was unacceptable.

3 month delays
Ordered a jersey on the 11th of September expecting it to take a little while to come as it said it would arrive mid October… it’s currently December 8th and not even been shipped yet. Horrible wit updates aswell creating false hope by saying every couple weeks it will be sent on a new date which it never is so now the are just wasting my time by making me prepare for false dates

I ordered a Dallas Cowboys cap supposedly in stock, was excessively delayed, never arrived, got no updates. It looks like they had none but gave me a fake date. This is the worst experience I've ever had with ordering online. Pitiful customer service as well. Don't see how they stay in business.

I absolutely will never order from this website again! I was excited to order my jersey on a Sunday and received an email that it would be delivered on tuesday. I got an email and also a text confirmation that my package had arrived. To my horror, it wasn't. There is no number for customer service only through chat and then they say to wait 72 hours to see if it shows up because the shipping company or delivery company they use sometimes marks deliveries delivered and they are not. I was offered a 10% discount for my next order and I adamantly inform the representative through the chat that I would never order from this company ever again. There is nothing that would ever entice me to order. I will stick with fanatics.

They advertise discounted free shipping and you don’t get them when you click place order even though it shows on the page before you click to order it then you gotta wait seven days to cancel the card you use so you can get access to your own money

Who ARE these "carrier partners"?
This would be a zero-star delivery if I could do that. I ordered two t-shirts. They allegedly were delivered, but didn't show up. When I told NFLShop the package showed delivered but it was nowhere to be found (our building has a secure delivery system). They told me they give grace to their "carrier partners" and to check back in 3 days if the shirts hadn't been received. After three days, I contacted NFLShop again and they placed a reorder. Guess what--that reorder also showed delivered and it wasn't. I pitched enough of a fit that I got an immediate credit. (Several days after that, BTW, neither shipment has materialized.) The CSR who gave me the credit did offer to give me a 20% off coupon too. I declined--why would I ever order from this outfit again?

I ordered a CUSTOM JERSEY! I PAID $191 for it! They advertise only $165. BUYER BEWARE! Then THEY THEY CANCELED MY ORDER! I EVEN WROTE THEM A LETTER THEY IGNORED! WHY THE HELL DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM JERSEYS THEN LIE AND DONT MAKE CUSTOM JERSEYS! ITS FAKE!
Terrible company
Terrible company, I ordered 3 jerseys, they keep saying they shipped them but the delivery company have not received them, I’ve contacted customer service and basically just get told to wait for them to arrive, which they won’t, feel totally scammed by them, the jerseys were very expensive and I’ve received nothing and they had the audacity to send me a coupon for 20% off my next purchase, like I’m going to order anything else from them, avoid this company or you will regret it, the nfl needs to look into how they operate, I’m absolutely disgusted by this company and want to warn people about them so nobody else gets scammed out of a lot of money by these people.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Falcons jacket for my grandsons birthday and I called because I received nothing. I searched through my emails and I found an email sent the exact same time that they sent one for the purchase order. I called and spoke with someone who assured me that they took nothing out of my account which I had already checked and yes it was taken out so I was basically called a liar. So, I am now waiting for the bank to dispute the charges because they never sent anything and they did take the money and they told me that the verification didn’t go through but they were able to take my money out? What’s really going on with this company??? This is happening to way too many people!!!
