We bought a shirt and a hoodie
We bought a shirt and a hoodie! the quality of the clothes was terrible it was a very cheap and bad quality fabric and we paid around 200 dollars for both of them! And it took ages to arrive. We are in the process of returning them I hope they give me back my money!! I will never buy again in NFL store.

My order was placed on december 17 2024. it was guaranteed to arrive before christmas. it did not arrive before christmas. many of my items were not in the order either. i have attempted contact numerous times to no avail. ive been scammed by nfl shop . com never buy from here. go buy from a local vendor and sdave yourself the trouble.

Beware of poor quality sweatshirts
I ordered a sweatshirt immediately after the eagles won the Super Bowl. It finally arrived on 2/20/2025. 4 days after they said it would. That’s Not the issue. The quality of the sweatshirt is!! I got it and put it on. Went outside (snowing). Came in and noticed that it was leaking black dye onto my pants and floor. The sweatshirt is black and there nothing else black on my body nor did I have any interactions with the color black. I dabbed the sweatshirt and noticed the dye wasn’t Cured?? That’s ridiculous for a sweatshirt that costs $80!!
It’s sad to know that the NFL endorsed this company for this type of poor quality product (s).
Purchased previous products from this company (hat—EAGLES and t-shirt NFC CHAMPION). Hopefully they aren’t like this sweatshirt!! Extremely poor quality especially for the price

Whoever runs this operation needs to be fired asap. I ordered my items immediately after the Superbowl ended(4 items), they are all still being delivered separately! God forbid I wanted to attend the Eagles parade with my new merch? It is Feb. 17th and the 3rd item is being delivered today. Smh
Throw the whole site in the trash! I'll never buy from here again.
Issue Unresolved
I have spoken to multiple agents regarding the issue of my order. I paid $154.8 originally for the item. Unfortunately, it was too large so I had to return it to get a more appropriate size. Therefore, I was refunded 6.99 for shipping. Also, I had to pay UPS to print out the label. On the website it says that choosing the method for gift card is free, yet I was still charged by UPS to get a label to ship it out. So, I contacted an agent at nflshop and they said they would compensate me with $10.95. Yet, when I got my gift card, it was for a sum of 136.86. They had taken my compensation out of my original refund. That is not how compensations work. I should be getting my original refund plus $10
95. should I should have gotten my full refund of $154.8 through gift card, plus the additional $10.95 through PayPal. Instead, they deducted my compensation (which is supposed to be in addition to) out if my giftcard balance. I spoke to a customer representative today regarding this issue. They told me that agents are not able to offer compensation in addition to the original refund. Therefore, I have been told the wrong words by previous agents. I am upset and would like to speak to manager or someone who can resolve this issue. Compensation and refunds should be separate matters. Taking compensation out of refunds defeats the purpose of compensation.

Thank you for replying to my review. However, as I mentioned the $10.95 was taken from my refund that I was supposed to get for returning the jersey. It was NOT given on top of the original $154.8 that I was supposed to receive, hence why I am complaining as the previous agents were not able to see that I was supposed to receive $10.95 (per representative of nflshop) in addition to the $154.8. Therefore, my complaints have NOT been resolved and I would still like to speak to a manager. Also, UPS charged me for printing out the label.

I will look forward the email. Again, to clarify I did receive all of the original refund. But i was told that I would receive compensation of $10.95 in addition to the original refund. Therefore, i should be receiving $154.80 + $10.95.
Again, refunds and compensations are not the same thing and should not be included as so.

Genuine overpriced stuff and late delivery
I had to buy a jersey for my little cousin's birthday last minute. It didn't arrive on time and I had to explain that to the kid but for the price I'm paid I better get my stuff on time!

Placed order for a tshirt on Jan 29, 2025 with the stipulation that it would be shipped on Feb. 05, 2025 and delivered on Feb.07, 2025. On Feb. 03, 2025 I actually talked to a customer service rep who stated that the order was to ship on Feb. 05, 2025. That date came and went. Then on Feb. 07, 2025, I went on the Chatbot, again they said it was to be shipped and delivered by Feb. 07, 2025. When I reminded the agent that was on the Chat that it was the 7th of Feb, they disconnected the chat. According to the tracking system they have, the orderwasn't even processed! Today, Feb 11, 2025, the NFLSHOP cancelled the order without any notification or explanation. What a joke!!! I sure hope the previous customer notifies the BBB.
Super Bowl let down!
Ordered a Super Bowl jersey as a gift. Delivery was guaranteed before the superbowl. I was provided a tracking number that never existed. It was initiated by the order being placed but it was never shipped out. The rep responded “ your feelings are valid” the order should not be reshipped due to not having any inventory. I’m extremely frustrated with this company. I paid in PayPal so I am disputing the charges.

Zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a tshirt on 1/26/2025 and NFLshop.com advertised guaranteed shipping by 2/7/2025. Well, here we are 2/7/2025 and half the order may be riding around in a UPS truck, the rest has not shipped with an updated date of 2/12. These items were a birthday gift for 2/9/2025, which is also Super Bowl Sunday. The recipient is a HUGE Eagles fan. Now the gift won’t be here in time for the Super Bowl or his birthday. There is no phone number to call, only a chat option which is of no help. What a scam NFLshop is to advertise guaranteed shipping by 2/7 and not follow through and not accept customer phone calls- it’s as if they knew they scammed a lot of people out of merchandise through false advertising. Shame on you. Never again.

I ordered a Jersey for the Super Bowl and a gift and it said that I would receive it on time, now it’s going to be a week late. I tried to get them to help me on their chat platform and all they could offer was a shipping refund. Sorry, but $6.99 doesn’t fix my issue. They pass their warehouse and communication issues off as your problem, not theirs. Don’t bother with Official NFL Shop, they couldn’t care less about their customers. #boycottNFLShop

I ordered a 200 dollar jersey that was about to sent to the wrong address. I canceled the order to place another and I got to wait 2-7 business days. Superbowl is in a week no need for the jersey then. I move from the address it has posted on website
NFL need to update its system. I clearly added the correct address on the site then it switched. I'm from South Carolina please don't move and try to order something from them. Monet has getting in the way of real Quality.NFL calm down and think about the customers..

Been here in Michigan in Allen Park sitting there since the 17th of January!?! They say it's weather I call BS!!!!! 0 stars if it was available!!!! Never ever had anything take this long!!! Also says in tracking due today the 22nd, funny part is , it's not even showing it's out for delivery!!! What a clown show!! After reading all the complaints on here I am going to take this to the Better Business Bureau, because obviously there's a whole lot of apologies on here but no solutions!!!! Lost a Customer
I ordered shirts and returned because they were too small. I elected to have funds returned to my original payment method.
I was surprised to learn I’d been issued an e-gift card. I don’t need a gift card I need my money back.
The $9.99 fee to refund to original payment method is a scheme to discourage chargebacks.
I didn’t like the additional fee but didn’t care to do more shopping at the site. After speaking to a customer service representative I was told it’s nothing they could do. This is BS. Don’t force your customers to shop at your store. You’ve lost a customer over $88.15. Terrible business management.
Update: 01/24/2025
I was contacted by a customer support representative and given a discount card to supplement the issue above. While still upset about not getting my refund, I do appreciate the courtesy Dylan provided in attempting to right the situation.

Paying such prices for products made outside of the USA screams of extreme profit! I made a mistake in the order. I assumed it was an American Company using American suppliers.
If I had known the country of origin of the supplier I would have modified the size requirement. Sadly now I have to go through the effort to try to get this Christmas present purchase corrected. After reading the reviews I can see I have inadvertently entered into a slow a deliberate fight with NFLShop. One that promises to be long & miserable fraught with rude people & poor customer service. I started this journey today 1/20/25 Will update as this develops.

I ordered a Box Nix Broncos jersey a few weeks before the season started. I got my jersey after week 1. So it took a little while to get here but it arrived in great shape and when i contacted someone they where helpful and the item arrived when the person said it would. 9.5/10 I would give it.
