It says my item was shipped already. I did not receive it and there is no additional information on the tracking link. I am unable to speak to a representative on the phone or through their chat online. It continuously says no one is available. I am so disappointed in their customer service and that I don’t have my item.

Absolutely awful. Ordered on the 7th to ENSURE it is here by Christmas. Tracking sent on the 12th to be here by the 18th. Comes to check, the order now states processing and when I reached out I was told 3 different things. I was told an item is out of stock and they can refund and ship the other. Didn’t clarify that was awful going back and forth and I talked to three different people in the matter of an hour so unorganized. They reshipped and expedited just to come an hour later the order was cancelled but it is now also out of stock. This is completely awful customer service and service in general I am so disappointed. I was so excited for the merch as I can’t find it somewhere else and now I’m stuck finding a last minute gift. Mind you I spent over $100 they need to improve for how much they sell.

Horrible company horrible customer service. I was told my jersey was coming that day because he could see more information on his side. 5 days later and it still says label created. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it’s been two weeks! The worst company.

I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend on December 1st and received an email stating it shipped on December 6th. It's now December 17th, and after multiple calls regarding the package's whereabouts, I had to request a refund. Each time I called, I was reassured that the package was on the way, which turned out to be false(Shocker..). After being promised a resend and expedited shipping if I called back on December 17th, I was met with the news that the jersey was out of stock(not at all shocking after sundays game… GO BIRDS!)

To make matters worse, when I called today, the first customer service representative hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. This situation feels sketchy, and I can't shake the feeling that something is off. Either they're moving money around or just couldn’t care less what is happening. I'm determined to get to the bottom of this and will explore options, including a potential class action lawsuit if necessary. I will find a resolution. If anyone has similar stories please feel free to share. This company is TRASH!!!

I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas gift and received the wrong hoodie with another teams logo. I called them to get the correct hoodie and after an hour was told they’d send me the correct hoodie but I’d get it January 7. I asked them to expedite it but was told they can’t!!! Don’t buy anything from this company because they’re unwilling to work with customers in getting their mistakes rectified!!!
I just an email from the shop that the correct order has been shipped and I should receive it before Christmas! Thank you NFL shop for doing the right thing and fixing the mistake.

The worst customer service I have experience. I ordered 4 hoodies for a Christmas gift. We realized one of the sizes needed changed within an hour of placing the order. I contacted the company to simply change the size as it was just placed and still being processed. Not only could they not do this they also refused to cancel the order. Complete joke.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Got two separate emails saying it shipped, once via USPS and once via UPS. Both websites show they know nothing about this package and they don’t have it. Contact NFL shop customer service and all they say is “UPS is slow to give tracking updates and to wait”. I’ve BEEN waiting! Is this website a scam?? I’ll never shop here again. Worthless customer service and worthless “shipping”. I’ll be requesting a refund if it doesn’t show up in the next 3 days.

Ordered 400 dollars worth of merchandise and not even sure if it’s coming

This is absolutely the worst website I have ever accessed. Trying to order an item, select the qty and size, enter my cc info and place the order. My CC is charged then 5 minutes later I get an “Order is Cancelled “ message. This happened 4 times over two days using two different CC’s with zero balance owed on them using the website on a computer and the mobile app. Call customer service and placed on hold for over and hour then disconnected. NEVER, EVER use this site. Multi billion dollar organization with a 2 cent e-commerce website

Ordered a NY Giants jersey for a Christmas gift. $149 total with shipping and tax. Received a cheap purple tee shirt that says grape jelly 2024. I’m not kidding. Wish I could post a picture here. Total fraud. This was no mistake

This site is a joke. Ordered a $450 Lions ring on October 8th only for them to tell me today on December 3rd that the item is out of stock and they are refunding my money, it wasn't out of stock when you took my money now was it. Mind you I have called countless times to try to resolve this situation and kept getting the runaround my advice to anybody shopping on this site find somewhere else to buy it. BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered a jersey on cyber Monday. Clicked the check to add the code then still has to reenter it manually on another page. Now I got charged full price, they say I never used the coupon and they can't price match. I didn't want a price match I wanted the price I ordered with to be honored.

They want me to send it back, get a refund 2-7 business days. Then they will wave expedition back to me. It's the holidays no one has that time or risk l,which is why ordered when I did for the price.

How will I know they will be able to use the code next time? If it doesn't work and happens again they'll call IT. COME ON.

then who knows what the price will be whenever I would be able to do it. It sucks. Times are hard. Now a usually reputable site does this. No one cares about anything anymore. Sigh.

This rating is for NFL shop and fanatics it won't even let me order anything after my first order my second order consisted of a custom Dallas cowboys shirt for my brother and a custom tumbler for my mom and every time I try to order it just says order canceled won't give me a reasoning or nothing if I could leave a zero star review I would

Bought a Christmas gift for my grandson..size lg 10/12 Dallas Cowboys shorts...they came in size lg 14/16..Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! Lady tells me to return through UPS..email says regular mail USPS...who even knows how to return item???? Got nowhere..decided to chance reordering size med & see what size i get this time??? When ordering i saw now the item is gonna cost MORE money! Site is a JOKE...size chart is incorrect & couldnt get any help! Buyer BEWARE...HORRIBLE customer service! Will NEVER order from here again!

This is a absolute shit show over two months and nothing an all they keep saying is give us more time I'm fed up it was a gift that the person never received because of this crap I want my money back ... Absolutely the worst of company ever!!! I hope they get never get another order because no one deserves this!!! Crooked ass people! The WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Now that the NFL has gone to an overseas customer service center it has turned out to be a disaster. I will never order anything from the NFL shop again never and by the reviews I am seeing most people won't as well. Not being able to talk to a live agent is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn't matter what I ordered it doesn't matter that I never got it what matters is the time I have spent trying to talk to someone about the order I never received or even to receive a refund. I ordered from NFL shop and received my merchandise in a timely manner, I didn't have any of the problems other people have stated, in fact my merchandise was good, no problems with it, fit was good also, I thankfully didn't run into the problems that other people have described, my experience was good.

I am happy to say that as of today, 12.02.24, that Sam reached out to me a day ago, and made everything right. My husband and I are both pleased with the outcome. Sam made everything right. I will continue to patronize nflshop.com for all of sporting merch. Hats off to Sam! Fly eagles fly!!! 🙂

I tried to order from this company a Jalen Hurts Jersey and the first order said delivered but was never delivered. After getting a letter from the post office they agreed to send me a new another jersey. 25 days later I received a damaged jersey that is already peeling. How pathetic and sad. The best they could do is offer a refund once they get the jersey that can only be shipped through USPS which with the holidays will take forever. They took my money right away but could not provide a solution. Now 35+ days later I will get a refund hopefully. Based on the comments I’m scared to even go through with this. Poor customer service and poor business rules. I am not sure what additional information is needed but the original order that was lost the number is Order Number: 451-2130-1131originally placed 10/31. I had to wait until the 12th for y’all to even process a replacement and I did not receive it’s until 11/25 and then it was damaged the black part on the sleeve is peeling. The resolution I was offered was a 30% off coupon (even thought that is currently the Black Friday sale) and free shipping when I process my return when it should be free and I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Money y’all took on 10/31 but failed deliver the merchandise. To me it’s just very poor service and quality. The damaged jersey order number is 279-5235-2831
