Our experience with New Homes Mortgage Helpline has been amazing, we cannot fault it one bit. Right from the off, anyone that we spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable and took quick action at each step.

You always hear of how stressful the mortgage process is, but we have felt nothing but support throughout.

The main process started with Lewis Jackson as our advisor, he was brilliant ensuring he put us at ease, talking us through everything and answering any questions we had. He was very professional, but would speak as if you have known each other for years which really helped calm me down as such a worrier.

Once the process had started, we had the lovely Heather Dady supporting us, she was just as brilliant! She was really on it, checking our application progress and updating us throughout, we barely went a couple of days without some form of update which was great! Heather was also very helpful, getting back to us quickly when we needed information, and providing what we needed and more, i felt like she was very approachable and that she was more than happy to help us.

I am truly grateful to have had such people helping us through this, i never thought the process could be this smooth and easy, and Lewis and Heather have proven otherwise.

I would highly recommend this company for help with your mortgage, we will certainly come back.

Marina has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish — always keeping me updated, constantly checking in, and making sure I knew exactly where things stood throughout what has been quite a stressful and emotional process at times. She was on the phone with me at least once a week and always took the time to explain everything clearly and reassure me when needed.

Charlie was also brilliant in helping get everything set up initially and making the whole process feel much more manageable from the beginning.

When i first contacted New Homes Mortgages from the first phone call I felt in great hands. My first "case handler" was 'Sam Shelley' he was absolutely brilliant.. i am a major worrier and he didn't ever fail to reassure me that he will help me and answer any questions I have even if I thought they were silly questions. When we were booked for our Mortgage application we were looked after by Rizwan, who again was absolutely great.. answered all our questions, emailed back with in the hour with any queries and really helped us through the process. Again, understanding how stressful i found it but made me feel at ease with his knowledge. Our third contact was Zoe Burton.. Now she had the main dealings of my anxiety as this was the last step before offer. She rang me every 2 days to update and keep us in the loop and did all she could to speed the process up.. Was speedy with email responses and always at the end of the phone. Although I found the whole process up to now super stressful I knew we had chosen the best mortgage brokers and were super pleased that we're now under their wings with the life time offer we have paid. Thank you all so much for being so understanding and never once not settling my nerves. Would definitely recommend you to others as you have really helped us on this "journey" so far.

This is the second time I have used New Homes Group for a mortgage and I couldn’t recommend them more. My mortgage applications was more complex this time around, and I couldn’t have felt more confident in the service provided. Rizwan and Julia were so professional and on the ball, keeping me updated throughout the process, and taking time to explain things to me at each stage. More than anything they were both such lovely people, genuinely wanting to do everything they could to help the process run smoothly. It felt like such a personal service and I couldn’t have got my mortgage without them.

I want to start by saying New Homes have been amazing throughout this process.

They were recommended by Bellway, and as a first-time buyer I almost went with another broker charging very high fees due to my lack of experience. I’m really glad I didn’t.

From the very beginning, Wiktoria was excellent. She guided me through the initial steps, secured my MIP, and even took the time to call me at the end of the day so I could go ahead and reserve my property with Bellway.

Lucas, my mortgage broker, was equally outstanding. He walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and ultimately matched me with a lender that approved my application.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to the case management team, especially Marina Leonard. My case was complex and the lender was extremely slow and thorough, but Marina was incredible throughout. She was always chasing updates, always keeping me informed, even when there was no news. It genuinely felt like she cared about the outcome, and we were both relieved when the offer finally came through.

From my experience, Marina is a hugely valuable asset to New Homes, and I’m confident this level of service is consistent across the team.

From the minute we called they have been so helpful! As first time buyers it can be quite stressful and worrying but with new homes mortgages they put us to ease every Time we spoke!

While Assad did a great job securing me a mortgage I was really unhappy with the experience I had with Megan. Lack of replies to any emails sent, 4 replies in response to a thread of 21 emails, I found it really wasn’t very helpful and made the experience so stressful there wasn’t great communication and I often found out more from contacting others in the group.

I had a really positive experience working with Heather Dady and Josh during my mortgage process. Both were professional, supportive, and always quick to respond to any questions I had.

They explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I really appreciated their help and guidance throughout.
