About Pokemon GO:
The support is completely a mess, they NEVER solve the problem, never try to solve the problem, you can just go on Reddit and see how many people had problems with the support without being helped.
People still having a lot of issues, bugs, glitches, remote ticket lost because of bugs, and so on.
It seems to me that this company don't want to make a good game, they just want to milk much money as possible from the Pokemon franchise.
It incredibly easy: open google, search for Reddit and read ALL the community feedbacks, try to REALLY help people in the support chat, do something.

Ich wurde von Niantic gesperrt, da ich mich angeblich nicht an die Regel gehalten habe. Ich befand mich in Italien und habe eine Rundereise mit der Familie gemacht mit vollen Stopps. Anscheinend gefiel das Niantic nicht und sperrte mich. Auf Einspruch kommt nur eine Standard Antwort mit 3 Absätzen. Der Text, Fotos oder Hotelbestätigungen interessiert die auch nicht. Ein echter Saftladen! Kohle von den Kunden einstecken wollen aber keinen vernünftigen Support anbieten wollen. Kostet wohl zu viel und macht nur Arbeit. Bin dort seit dem Release Tag dabei und nun das...

If i could give no stars or negative stars i would.
-1 star: Their games are mediocre, nothing that wouldn't be available at any point in time, they just rushed it and made less than playable games
-1 star: Their games promote "fairness" when there is literally no competitive aspect to them.
-1 star: The Ban system is unpredictable, and has no cause to ban people.
-1 star: Their customer service is some of the worst. I got banned and I wanted to know why, and all they said was because i violated policies, but when i asked they provided no information.
-1 star: Just overall experience, is horrid, the concept of their games and restrictions on them is stupid, not everyone even wants to go to these public locations just for a game. And if i do go, i'm not going to play some stupid game.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. But, for you to offer a purchase able item and then reward us with trash is absolutely insane! The dollar amount shouldn't matter, if your going to make us pay for something then the end reward should be at least worth something.

Purchased 3 of the tickets that give you the “whisper in the woods” timed research. One for my son, my wife and I. But since we all started playing extremely recently there is no way we will get past Part 1 since we don’t have anywhere close to all 100 johto pokemon. For me to spend money on something like that and get almost nothing in return is a total scam.

Their customer service is a joke. They act like bots and don't give you a single proof when you get banned. I complained because I got a 30-day ban whilst playing without any kind of 3rd party resources, which is completely legal, literally not even moving from my house and sticking to combats and did 1 raid remotely with a remove pass, they always claimed that I broke the ToS in all the emails I sent when I clearly didn't. Why do they sell remote passes if you can't use them? Apparently doing a raid remotely was the reason for this ban which is absurd. I spent a lot of money on this game, and won't do this anymore. I don't recommend doing this either, you might get banned randomly even if you play legally. But don't trust me, trust the other 200 people complaining on this site and the players that quit the game because of this as well.

Awful customer service, certainly had racist undertones when they were talking down to me, treating my like I was stupid and not addressing my valid question about a problem with their game.

La plus grosse arnaque du siècle, avec Pokémon Go. Certes ils veulent à limiter la triche tout en nous faisant tricher avec toutes les augmentations de pass et les différents pokemons disponibles ne se trouvants que sur d’autres continents ou sur d’autres hémisphères. Même leur service client dans le jeu laisse à désirer car aucune réponse convenable de leur part car on parle à des automates et non avec des vrais personnes. J’ai pris un premier avertissement suite à de la triche ( que je confirme donc 7j de ban ), un deuxième avertissement ( que j’ai pris suite à de la triche alors que j’avais arrêté la triche donc 31j de ban ) et là un troisième et dernier avertissement pour la même chose ( je n’accepte pas car je me suis fait pirater mon compte du coup ban du jeu ). Le service client n’en a rien à faire et ils ne veulent pas revenir sur leur décision. Et par la même occasion ne veulent pas me rembourser de la somme totale que j’ai pu mettre dans leur jeu. Car il faut le dire qu’ils sont content quand on leur remplit les poches. Ils préfèrent bannir des joueurs qui sont ou se sont remis dans le droit chemin mais ceux qui trichent tout le temps reste actif. On se demande pourquoi 🤷‍♂️.
Du coup mon aventure de dresseur avait commencé en 2017 pour se terminer de la pire des manières en 2024.

Change my character back on Pokémon go. My character looks stupid and genderless, I will not be playing untill it's put back to how it was. Iv paid money to play this game but no more.

Tried to recover my account that I believe has been stolen and customer support was very unhelpful and rude. Blaming me for the ban and saying I’ve modified and got in their servers. I tried multiple different support platforms. All of them a joke!

Generally just useless, I've been bullied on Pokemon Go for a really long time and they don't do anything about it. I've been playing the game since 2016 and I'm really disappointed they treat long term players like this. It's a shame but after playing this long I think I'm going to need to quit it. The bullies won, I hope you're happy Niantic. I've spent a fair bit of money on pokecoins over the years but no more money will be spent going forward.

account gets banned no reason, support wont tell you what they claim to do and now ignoring messages because i keep asking for an appeal to be done and why i have been banned all i did was travel 69 miles from my house and i've broken the terms p-go not p-stay at home do as we say.

They're uselss, created a couple of routes on Pokemon go ON PUBLIC LAND, and they rejected both twice for being on private land and have no way to contact them about actual game problems other than "lift my ban" or "delete my account".
Don't spend money on their products, Niantic don't deserve customers.

EDIT: They're now threatening to ban my account because I made a complaint. Terrible company, avoid them like the plague, they can't take criticism.

I like Pokémon GO. To a degree. It’s fun and all but I am going to be your average hater on the obvious stuff. Why did you remove all the free stuff? Before a community day, we use to get 30 free ultra balls, and that was great. Now we get nothing. Remote raids. Locked behind coins. What’s the point of campfire when remote raids, which is the selling point, is locked behind coins. Honestly, an option to have bots help you with raids would be great. People could actually get things. Why did you make the character customization so ugly. Why. The last thing is why is THERE AN ITEM LIMIT??????? THE ONLY MAIN LINE GAME WITH THAT WAS GEN 1. YOU GET SO MANY ITEMS AND MANY OF THEM ARE USEFUL. WHY??????? Pokémon storage is annoying too, but that’s in the mainline series I guess. I have room for 1 last Pokémon. Whoops, I just found a shiny.

Customer service is a joke, instead of helping they just give you pointless instruction you already know that wouldn't work, not to mention they take a really long time to respond and when they do it's always a different person and the response is completely useless, and they won't even do it themselves to help you. The entire service needs restructuring. It's all because I was having trouble with the account logging system that connects my Google account to it. Nothing is working and they won't help even if you ask them with the correct information available.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Niantic has become a predatory company who only cares about profit, and have zero helpful customer service. They have blatantly ignored their customers suggestions or fixes, and have increased prices for items to unreasonably high costs. They are not inclusive to people in rural areas, or disabled people, unemployed, and working adults who may not be able to afford much, or who can not travel, or leave their house, or Hospitals even. etc. Many people are low income households, and Niantic prey on children to BUY items with their parents money. These increases in price, lack of listening to Customer feedback, horrible changes to character models, Garbage rewards with high prices, poor AR program, So many glitches and Bugs that need fixing, and huge lack of inclusion to their players has pissed so many people off. Niantic needs to stop and listen to their players for once and actually make things right. Shame on you Niantic. I thought that with a Pokémon game you could have done so much better. Monster Hunter is OK at best. All other games under Niantic I have not played, but hear from others that Niantic has ruined them as well. I hope that they can get their crap together, but I won’t be holding my breath. I do not respect this company for what it has done.

Ich habe einige Bewertungen gelesen und muss sagen das die Probleme Behandlung beim Thema "Cheaten" willkürlich und für mich als Kunden nicht nach vollziehbar ist wes wegen. Es fehlt die Konkrete Anklage, nur so ist es möglich ein vermeintliches Fehlverhalten zu korrigieren. Der Service der erbracht werden kann ist ungenügend, wo bei der Fehler nicht beim Personal sondern beim Unternehmen zu suchen ist. Nun ja man kann also auch auf diese Art und Weise eine Mega Gutes Spiel den Bach hinunterführen. Ich bewundere die Spieler der mehr als einen Account haben und nichts falsch machen, in Japan gibt es einen der spielt auf mehr als 20 Accounts ( YouTube etc berühmt ). Der braucht niemand um etwas zu erreichen, er macht das alleine und Anscheinend so gut daß er alles richtig macht, faszinierende oder? Also dann sagen sie mal was mein Verbrechen ist damit ich es nicht mehr mache. Danke für ihren Support Genaues Datum weiß ich nicht da ich nicht weiß was es war.

Their games are a buggy Trainwreck, and their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Even their "irl" events tend to be a lazy 💩-show.

At least they are obvious about their approach being primarily a rubbish cash grab. It's not like they try to be sneaky about it, or anything.

For just my three latest issues:

They took over half a year to assess a submitted route in town for validity (6 months + 3 weeks) then as soon as there was a nearby temporary obstruction, which didn't even obstruct the route at all, they rejected it.
There were people sprucing up the cathedral for a few days using a big crane, which didn't obstruct the route in the slightest. During this time I did another route which begins at the supposedly blocked pokestop, and goes south along the same street. No problem at all.

Niantic are absolutely taking forever to make routes live, and then rejecting perfectly good routes on purpose for reasons that are complete nonsense, just to be spiteful or something.

The game urged me to appeal the decision but gave no hints about how to do this. After getting past the AI "help" robot network it is now established that actually they have no appeal processes. About pretty much anything, least of all routes. So why do they have the game pretending there is one? Are they trying to gaslight players, or something?

Well, also there was that very recent short event about doing PvP battles. I left these until the last day because frankly PvP is a laggy piece of crap. It used to be a lot better but after the last update the button to do special charges attacks is noticeably less reliable. Anyway, every time I got to the final slap to win a fight the game froze, often leaving an attack animation looping forever. Eventually, I just gave up. What a rubbish event.

I'd give them no stars out of 5, if I could.
I can't fathom why people actually pay these people for this Trainwreck.

Oh, and their crappy "Niantic AR for buddy" feature, which they're so proud of, and which is on by default every time you log in, crashes my phone immediately. Brilliant. So, be sure to turn that off in the options to avoid issues with it.

Am liebsten würde ich ja 0 Sterne geben. Von heute auf Morgen funktioniert das Loggin nicht mehr.. habe mich an den Support gewandt - 3 Tage hin und her.. keine Ergebnisse und 4x das selbe Mail erhalten vom Support! Natürlich auch KI generiert… also da erwarte ich definitiv mehr!!
