Had my annual service by a very good young man who was thorough and worked efficiently and contacted me to advise of his arrival time. We had a discussion about best use of gas to heat water for baths. No mess left

Clean tidy and efficient service as always.

I had an annual service on my boiler. I received a text message to confirm the engineer was on his way which is very helpful. The engineer who came was friendly, polite and very professional.

Our boiler broke down and Nicholsons came out immediately-unfortunately it was beyond repair-it was extremely old.
We had a new boiler fitted two days later. The young man (Jacob) who fitted it could not have been more helpful to us.
There was no mess left whatsoever-a very efficient service.
Very pleased with our new boiler.

Your engineer arrived when expected. The boiler service was completed promptly and the cellar location of the boiler was left tidy. The gas safety certificate was issued the same day.

Had my annual boiler service today & it was carried out by a young lad - sorry didn’t get his name! Anyway he texted announcing his prior arrival , was punctual and very respectful of our property when he came in. He was very polite and answered any questions I had whilst making sure that he carried out the service swiftly and efficiently plus he made no mess either.Thanks a lot for the pleasant experience !

Great company with a great crew of engineers

This is the second year that I have been on their payment plan for servicing my boiler. It was easy to sort a suitable time for the engineer to come. I received a message when he was on his way which included a tracker so I could see when he was near. He only took approximately 45 minutes and that was my service completed. Very happy customer.

Having had a boiler fitted by Nicholson's 3 years ago, their engineer has recently attended to carry out the annual service. The appointment was agreed by their office and the engineer arrived in the afternoon as requested. He was a very pleasant young man who did a quick job without leaving any mess.

I just had the pleasure of one of their engineer fixing my boiler . He did a perfect job checked everything was working before leaving. The engineer had a pleasent friendly manwerthu. I have to say that the office staff i spoke to were also extremely pleasent to speak to and very helpful and finally the prices they charge are very reasonable
