Nireeka is improving!

I posted a 1 star review and I’m updating it to reflect my most recent and vastly improved experience. It does take a very long time to get replacement parts and of course the bike itself, but Nireeka has delivered on their promises to me, because I finally received my replacement part, and now my bike (Prime) is perfect, with new and improved parts. Thank you nireeka for addressing the issue. I know you can’t control shipping delays due to covid and other issues with China and US customs. Thank you for being patient with me and dealing with my complaints. There is still some room for improvement with Nireeka, but I’m giving credit where credit is due. They’ve taken care of me.

My favorite bike

I have 5 bikes at home and I rotate between them every other week. But since I purchase one of these bikes, my other bikes haven't been out of my garage for over a month!! I can't put my tongue on it but there's just something about this bike that makes it such a joy to ride

Great buy

I love the feel of biking, and I've always wanted an e-bike for myself. However, most ebikes out there look extremely bulky and cumbersome to use. Not this one though. I can confidently say that Nireeka Bikes will be the only e-bikes i'll be purchasing for not only myself, but for my family as well!

Dropping a Video on Youtube and other platforms exposing these shysters'. We learned of this bike on youtube, yet there was NOT one video EXPOSING this bogus company for what they are BOGUS SHYSTERS! Update: 4/6/21: And Yes I am a genuine customer. You charged my Amex, held my funds hostage for two weeks, claiming you are having gateway issues, delayed me, lied and said you would give me a coupon for the trouble and your customer service and communication with "a genuine customer" was horrible. I am the one reporting you to the Better Business, FTC, US Attorney Gen, FBI, Interpol, Amex and the equivelent agencies in your country of Dubai. I bet you know who I am now. Your response alone says you are shysters'. You have been reported. UPDATE: Now you are lying in a public review. Another REASON to SHUT YOU DOWN. Your product sucks as does your company. Just read the reviews below. And no need to share anything we already have ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION AND YOU ALREADY HAVE BEEN REPORTED. YouTube video to follow this weekend.

Poor Customer Service/ Bad Communication

My girlfriend and I ordered a bike on July 23rd, 2020 and we received it in September of 2020. Everything was great. The bike itself is awesome. However, within a week or two there was an issue with the bike frame that made the bike unrideable. We put in a ticket to receive a new frame under the warranty. During the communications with customer service my girlfriend informed the representative MULTIPLE times of our address change for the new frame. She was told (and we have the screenshots as proof) that the address was updated and everything was taken care of. Months went by as we waited and tracked the frame. On the expected delivery night, we tracked the UPS tracking number we were given and noticed it said delivered, however, we never received a delivery. I checked outside my apartment door and went downstairs to the mailbox area as well and nothing was there. So, we called UPS to see what was happening. After discussing with UPS, they confirmed the package was delivered to our OLD address. There was nothing we could do that night to get it, however, we reached out to the old super to see if someone had taken the package in but he was unable to locate it. I am not sure if it was taken by another tenant or stolen, however, it never got to our possession. We reached out to Nireeka explaining that they sent the new frame to the wrong address and we never received it. The Nireeka representative that spoke with us confirmed it was the COMPANY’S fault for not updating the address even though it was given to them multiple times (which we also have screenshots of). A Nireeka representative even got in touch with our old super in hopes of finding the package. It was still unfound. The representative told us we would be sent a new frame as they continued their investigation. We’ve been messaging them for updates on the new frame for weeks and haven’t been given any real information besides it was in the process of being painted. It has not been shipped but we are more concerned with the lack of response we are getting from the company. Nireeka also changed the way customers can comment on their tickets. We used to be able to send messages to customer service whenever we needed to but now it does not allow you to comment again until a representative answers. It states “Our operator is still reviewing your last comment”. This would not be an issue if we were getting answers but we are not. We have been MORE than patient with the faults of this company. My girlfriend decided to put a review on this website about the bad communication on the company’s part and the response from the company representative proved her point. She simply explained how she has been trying to get an update on the new frame and hasn’t gotten a response. She also mentioned she put in 2 tickets in hopes of getting answers, yet still nothing. The Nireeka representative that answers these reviews RUDELY answered “All your tickets have been replied and you only mentioned only one side of the story. We shipped your new frame a few months ago and it was delivered to your old address. You should've changed your address in the customer panel”. They basically put the blame on her for not changing her address, which she did and another Nireeka representative already took fault for. They mentioned the frame was already delivered however, that’s not the frame we are even waiting on. The lack of proper communication with this company is ridiculous. It has been almost a year since we ordered the bike and we are still dealing with issues for it. The bike itself was cool but for the money spent on it, to continue having these issues, and have poor customer service, I find it is not worth it.

bad communication

So I been trying to get a update on my new frame for a little while now. I wrote to customer service twice and it shows they seen my message but no response. I had to make 2 tickets to try to communicate but no answer. I work in customer service and it’s not that hard to communicate with people. Its been almost a year since I been patiently waiting for this frame. The last update I can get out of them was it was getting painted. Then it was dead silent after that. At this point I don’t even know what to do. In the beginning I wanted to order at least 5 to 6 bikes for my family but just seeing how difficult it is to get them to communicate I don’t wouldn’t want to purchase anymore. At this point I doubt I will receive a frame

So the comment below . It was your guys fault for delivering it to my old address. I communicate so many times with you guys about my address and you guys said that you updated it in your system and everything was taken care of. I have screenshots of everything. Even the tickets that are not answered. I just wrote again to customer service and you guys seen it and still didnt answered. Again I have screen shots even saying that it was a miscommunication in your company’s part. Also they said it was there fault and said they were working on a new frame for me and they never give me updates even to this point. All I know it was getting painted and that’s it . Not talking down on your bike but not really good with communication.

All your tickets have been replied and you only mentioned only one side of the story. We shipped your new frame a few months ago and it was delivered to your od address. You should've changed your address in the customer panel.

So happy with my Nireeka Homie. I've heard some issues with the shipment, but in our case ( 2 nireeka's homie purchased ), we are really satisfied and happy with all the process and delivery times. The feeling riding the bike is so smooth and amazing. Great customer and technical service with this guys. Congratulations Nireeka!

Love the design

Absolutely love the design of the Sierra! My partner and I go cycling a lot and we were thinking of starting uphill cycling. Glad we came across Sierra because it is the exact kind of style I was looking for!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs, order placed in October 2020 and now February 2021 and not received yet, claim they shipped it in December and still in transit! Tracking show only label created ! Total scammeds dishonest people and will refuse to cancel your order once they get your money, people Avoid them at all cost

2020 Homie

After I ordered my Homie it took about 6 weeks to arrive. No problems. It has perform flawlessly. Until now any problems with the bike were caused by me. i ride hard...sometimes. I upgraded to 203mm rotors and that helped. i also ride a little slower now. The full suspension does a good job minimizing bumps, which is good if you hit a pothole going 35 mph. The staff has always been quick to reply.

NIREEKA bikes, scam artists,unreliable and unlawful. Boycott them or press charges

Ordered from NIREEKA a European homie bike. The legislation enforcered in France regarding bikes was to change in order to have bikes from abroad using chines parts go by the book. Not sure of my ordered bike would comply,I decided to cancel my order way before my bike was fully build so not sent!!. I was then told that a refund was coming my way but would need a little time. This was close to ... 20 months ago and none of my contacts with the customer service nor the ceo,Max Shojaie did unlock my refund. Only mumble of promises all round the place and not a cent back. So I believe these are scam artists and petty crooks and nobody should do business with them either directly or not. These are seasoned crooks as I have let them know and showed evidence of having pressed charges for internet theft and scam in France and before the European justice bodies but they don’t care and that doesn’t lead them to refund me. So beware these are dishonest people just craving for your money. I m not the only one claiming:some people never got their bikes,some did get faulty unreliable cheaply built bikes putting themselves in danger.. don’t buy a thing from them,don’t believe a single word or promise they tell. Press charges,build up a legal action,class action. Don’t let them give you the we are only a startup,these things happen... where on earth ?

Been asking for a refund for almost 9 months now. Despite my pleas for the immediate return of my money, during this pandemic.

Waited for more than a year for my bike. I got tired of waiting and decided to get my refund. I’ve been asking for my refund since April last year. It’s almost 9 months now. The company is very immature and unprofessional. My family and I need the money to help with the financial impact of the pandemic. They should do their best to assist their customers during this most challenging time. They should return our money ASAP! Sadly, they don’t really care about us. They can’t even tell me when I should expect my refund. I reserved the bike through the crowdfunding site Indiegogo in 2018. I later sent my full payment on December 2019. So they basically have my money for more than a year. And they won’t tell me when I can get it back. Who does that?

Stay away from this company

As other people already stated, stay away from this company!
As one of the early backers (supported their project in march 2018) I'm still waiting for a bike to come.
Customer service is doing nothing about it, they say the package is lost and they're investigating.
Which shouldn't be my problem in the first place.
I did receive one of both bikes, but it is full of problems, cheap chinese parts etc.
My opinion: Go to a local shop, pay the same, and get a bike, instead of waiting multiple years full of promises and with a lack of communication.

Nothing but problems. They where really great people to deal with at the start but things turned sour when things went wrong. I really wanted them to succeed as a company hence why I backed them. Paid for the smartest EBIKE ain't nothing smart about it there ecu or smart screen display the we paid for still has not been released. Its waiting waiting excuse excuse. They stated the frames have a lifetime warranty. I got the home version due to poor design the forks repeatedly hit the frame if turned to far as a result my frame is damaged. They know about this have admitted its a issue and made parts to stop this that all the bikes now have. However those that got there bikes first have Never been sent these. Had we been sent them ages ago the damage would be very little. I've hsskrd for frame to be replaced there reply was

We have a lifetime warranty on all frames for the entire ownership of the original purchaser. This covers manufacturing and material defects on bikes manufactured. Rider and equipment weight limit: 120kg total weight including the rider and equipment.

They just refuse to take ownership of the problem.

As this is a negative review I'm betting they will try have it removed. Or reply with some pathetic excuse trying to put the blame on me.

Yes they did send me some parts over but that was under warranty because the parts were defective and I appreciated that I then want me to send the bike back to them at one stage and they would refund my money but this was it my expense and because I'm not a business like them that uses the carrier all the time the rates for me to send the bike back to them were massive and just not economical for me to do so which is why this was never done. And yes they did send me videos showing me how to correct issues at cetera but I believe this should have been done it was a brand new bike and issue started within two weeks of receiving the bike it was brand new you don't expect to buy something brandspanking you for a lot of money and have issues start almost immediately if I had of had the bike for say 8 months and ride it a lot every day then yes I would expect possibly some issues but not on a brand new bike. The fact that they then right I have no idea how to maintain a bike is incredibly insulting they know I am disabled and have a brain injury as well as a spinal injury and they've known this from the start the fact they would even write that in their response is just downright degrading. Kind of discrimination in my eyes I can't help that I have a brain injury and don't understand things and struggle with it and that should not be thrown at me by anybody. I will say this thoughthey appear to have learnt from their mistakes and have changed many things on their new bikes so they are learning and taking things on board. I will say this if you're like me and a disabled don't understand things very well or do not know much about bikes you're probably best getting a bike from your local bike shop but if you do have knowledge of bikes and how to repair them and maintain them then yes possibly look at getting a bike off them as their bikes are unique. I'm also not just a whining customer if you do your research there are many many other people who have had issues with this company and some that are still waiting for their bike to be delivered several years after purchasing. I do believe this company is trying to better itself and learn from the mistakes they made in the past but that comments about me not being able to maintain bikes was the last straw for me. I just want the ECU that should have been with the bike from day 1 with the features that we're promised and then maybe I will be a bit happier. Until then I won't be happy and the smartest e-bike in the world that I bought from them will never be smart as it has no brains. once I received and that is if I ever received it I will update this review again with my experiences.

We requested several times to send the bike back and get your full money back because you have no idea how to maintain a bike. We spend another $1000 sending you some spare parts and you have problem after problem. You have the bike for about 3 years now and you do not bother yourself to learn a little bit about the product you have.

We spent many hours sending you instructions, emails, pictures, and whatever we could do and we believe your review is unfair.

Dear Trustpilot website,

Thank to your website, I have finally update a feedback from Nireeka. My previous email was no longer answered and I lost hope with this company.

I am not only talking, here is my TNT tracking number I invite you to check. 821962394 You go to TNT website and use it for tracking. After calling TNT, they have confirmed that there is nothing in transit and nothing has been sent to customs on Oct 14th. This is a mixtup with the battery sent a month earlier.

Here is the feedback from Nireeka after I gave them one star on your website "If we receive a confirmation from TNT that the bike has been lost, the refund will be issued based on the payment method used to place the order. If TNT confirmed they will deliver your bike, you have to return it to our nearest warehouse and we will inspect the bike to make sure it's in unused and undamaged condition and after that, we will refund your payments."

To the first point if we receive a confirmation that my bike is lost. My bike was shipped in August we are almost in November. No feedback from Nireeka about the whereabouts of my bike. After searching for it with TNT, I found out that it was shipped to Israel instead of Switzerland where I live but we are still talking of if my bike is lost.

If TNT confirmed they will send my bike, I can send it to Nireeka closed warehouse for review.

So here is my situation with Nireeka, I am going nowhere. They do not want to accept the fact that my bike is lost even if I can give them the feedback from TNT and Nireeka says that it is not found does not mean it lost.

A legitimate company is not only summarised by sending a battery but this is also they capability to handle a problem and take the ownership to fix it.

I am sick of waiting, just send me a refund and we will all move one. Give me my refund and I will return to China my battery to any address you will give me.

My name is Johann and I am willing to share my emails exchange, my order number to support my statement. I am here talking to you because my bike was supposed to arrive in September 26th and today we are October 29th.

I have an email confirmation from TNT telling me that my bike was lost. It was sent to the wrong address from the port of departure and I should asked Nireeka for my refund. What I have found it is, if a bike is missing, Nireeka invariance a refund from TNT. I tried to reach Nireeka and all for my refund too and they are now silent.

I was wondering if I was scammed or if Nireeka was a true company. By putting these key words on the Internet, I end up to your website.

I am happy to All of you out there who have their bikes. I was so proud of my purchase I was showing to everyone what my bike should look like and my friends were here in September 26th to help me put it together.

Personally I could not refer this company to my friends. I just want to get my refund and buy a bike here. It will be more expensive
but for sure, but for sure I learned my lesson. What saddened me the most is the fact that Nireeka did not update their shipment status on their website despite my request. Also they could not answer me the reason why their shipment status was dictent than the one from TNT.

Do someone out there have a suggestions to me on how can I get my refunds? Note that I keep a record of all my interaction if someone in this forum which to see them
