Love my rc car had it a year or more now, it Has been modified now of course, still standard plastics and metal components for hsp octane, I have gone through a couple of setups, the new one being a hobbywing g2 with a v3 3.5T motor let's see if the standard equipment on the hsp octane can stand this motor and esc combo, not problems so far for the plastic parts, I have upgraded the main spur gear also but I changed it from a plastic 64tooth too a 45tooth aluminum main spur gear, super fast and haven't had to replace many parts, keep it up!! I love this rc car, again I upgraded due to the hobby itself. Their are parts out of stock but asked for notifications on driveshafts coming back into stock. Would put a pic here as it's just an amazing little car for off-road racing!!

Do not use this company unless you want a substandard product with zero aftercare. I bought an 8hp petrol pressure washer from miller mason which turned out to be a rebranded nitrotek machine. Within 6 weeks the pump seal failed and leaked oil all over my driveway. I contacted miller mason and was subsequently forwarded to nitrotek who informed me they would send me a replacement pump to fit myself. When I declined and requested a refund I was told no and that the only way was to return it at my expense and it would be fixed if it was a manufacturer fault and returned. However, if it wasn't a manufacturer fault then I would be charged for parts, labour and the cost of returning the machine to me. I declined the offer and told them to forget it and that I would raise a dispute with the bank. As if by magic, all of a sudden they were happy to collect it and refund my money as they are aware of the repercussions of this process on their business.

I needed a part, out of warranty. Email procedure is very quick and the dialogue was continuous. Purchase was easy and quick

Bought a miller and mason power washer. Things didn't start well, the connection between the hose and gun had a leak, so the power washer was ineffective.
After contacting them, the quickly sent out a new hose and gun.
Machine is working perfectly now.
Very happy with the machine and how the company handled the situation.

Had a small problem with the brass high pressure coupling, this was quickly and efficiently resolved with a new coumling being sent by post.

I like Nitrotek very much and this is the second 1/16 RC Tank I have bought in a month. Service and communication is very good but the website is woefully slow. Stocking levels are very low but this maybe not there fault as this type of model, 1/16 RC tanks are very low everywhere at present. This hasn't deterred me and I shall keep on studying the website for more 1/16 Tank stock. Recommended.
