Very bad customer service, product is Made In China.
Absolutely jockers. 100% I don't recommend buying anything from them.

Great price for a post hole auger. Delivered within two days. Everything in box as advertised. Easy to build up. Mixed fuel and added to the tank. Primed as instructed and machine started on third pull. Works brilliant. Great wee machine and i am really pleased with it. Well done Millarand mason.

Absolutely outstanding service. Paid for item late on the Tuesday Evening, received email acknowledging my order within minutes. Email received the next day to inform me my item has been despatched, item was received by me on the Thursday morning. Can't expect any better than that. I have recommended this company to a friend who I think will be ordering from them soon. Thank you for an excellent service.

I bought a petrol operated two stroke hole auger.
Great piece of equipment does a great job .
Came with numerous attachments and extensions.enabling me to go two feet deep in soil for concrete fence posts.
I would recommend this Auger and the price was discounted for the month of May.

Great product, good value. Prompt delivery.

Concrete mixer arrived in good time. Technically it was a graded item.
Only challenge was that the provided instructions were for a different model or version so I had to use my brain to build it properly. The seal between the top and bottom of the drum is very poor and leaks when operating but for the price it's still good value. If you order one of these please note that you cannot fit a wheelbarrow under the drum to poor into. You'll need a big garden bucket to poor your mix into

Ordering was straight forward. Delivery was prompt on time. Product seems very good, assembly ok apart from blades required a little bit of Persuasion to fit, but otherwise easy enough.

I ordered a cement mixer from Miller & Mason to use for a patio and garden makeover project. It was advertised at a competitive price and arrived very quickly. It is classed as a portable mixer and I can confirm it is an ideal size for my project and has performed adequately. Thank you M&M.

Arrived on time did the job 10 out of 10 for the product went through the rocky ground

1st class transaction on line. Delivery to N Ireland was fast and hassle free for my Generator which I haven’t used yet so cannot comment on this, but it certainly does look like an impressive piece of kit.Would highly recommend Miller&Mason, and certainly would have no problem using them again.

Fantastic quick service! Placed an order for the auger and called up to alert them of a website glitch. They were really helpful and I was amazed to receive the order within 24hrs!
It works brilliantly in my heavy clay soil and very pleased it comes with the extension pieces I have used too!

Speedy delivery arrived next day.I have had most of the top recommended manufacturers pressure washers and this is up there with the best of them and cheaper too.Get one and you wont be disapointed.

Do not use this company. I bought an 8hp petrol pressure washer from miller mason which turned out to be a rebranded nitrotek machine. Within 6 weeks the pump seal failed and leaked oil all over my driveway. I contacted miller mason and was subsequently forwarded to nitrotek who informed me they would send me a replacement pump to fit myself. When I declined and requested a refund I was told no and that the only way was to return it at my cost and it would be fixed if it was a manufacturer fault and returned. However, if it wasn't a manufacturer fault then I would be charged for parts, labour and the cost of returning the machine to me. I declined the offer and told them to forget it and that I would raise a dispute with the bank. As if by magic, all of a sudden they were happy to collect it and refund my money as they are aware of the repercussions of this process on their business

cleaning performance was superb the only bad point was the construction which was already completed strait from the box was poor as the aluminium vertcal stuts had all the fixing self tapers over tightened leaving the handle loose and wobbly. These struts would be better made of stainless steel. Unfortunately I removed the power hose from the reel and cannot fathom how to work out how to replace it to wind it back after use?

I purchased an electric jet washer some time ago and has been an excellent product. Through my own fault I needed a new hose, price very reasonable and delivery time excellent.

The product is good quality at a fair price and was packaged and delivered safely and securely
It was fairly easy to assemble though the instructions were sparse and not easy to decipher in broken Chinese and contradictory within the two pamphlets
This is no reflection on Miller and Mason but might be something they can take up with the manufacturer

Arrived super quick. I was amazed at how robust the washer was.
