Requesting previous vaccine record by Nomad; not straight forward
The person undertaking the consultation was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unable to book directly with the local Nomad travel centre only via a central booking line. Also my follow-up query which although was answered quickly, again had to go through the central number.
Central number were unsure if local office would have the record of the previous vaccines given to me by them. In the end they did have it. This was good as requesting my vaccination record required completion of a form including photo id etc etc. Post appointment letter was very detailed (14 pages) generic but not really specific to my consultation.

My husband I I visited Nomad in Manchester after I saw a posting on Instagram by Levinson Wood, the explorer recommended them. I am going on a photographic expedition with him and Leica camera to Morocco in March but my husband and I are off to India in February.
We have been to India many times before and nobody has ever recommended having rabies vaccines to us .
I read about the poor lady who died from Rabies from a tiny puppy scratch while on holiday in Morocco in 2025 I realised it was important to be vaccinated.
After doing some research we saw that 36% of rabies cars are in India so we both decided to have the vaccine.
We went to Nomad in Manchester and saw the specialist nurse Anna.
She was really helpful and reassuring as well as being delightful.
We go back for our final vaccination in two weeks a week before we depart for India.
I highly recommend Nomad. The service and care are exceptional

Nurse Anna is absolutely amazing! She’s extremely helpful, explains all recommended vaccines clearly, and is fantastic at her job :) I would definitely recommend this clinic for travel vaccines

Expert travel health advice
I used this service again this year and was happy to see the same adviser. Navigating travel advice can be complex when you travel off the beaten track, and with a pre-existing medical condition too. A seamless and supportive experience.
Everything about nomad is great, I have returned over the years. As someone who suffers from anxiety and fear of needles, everyone I have ever had an appointment has been so kind, gentle and understanding. I am also disorganised and last minute, so it's such a relief you can get last minute appointments through an easy booking system. A visit to the nomad always puts my mind at rest before traveling. My best travel jabs experience...ever.
My girlfriend and I arrived in preparation for our trip to Thailand. Anna, the practice nurse was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly and exceptionally competent. We really couldn't have been in better hands.

NOMAD will always be my GO TO.
After booking an appointment I arrived just in time for a consultation. Danielle has SSSooooo knowledgable and I felt like I was in good hands.
Danielle simplified and explained gov changes on vaccinations and to my delight, i didnt need a jab.
Again.. we discussed my concerns and other possible jabs.. all in all i felt like NOMAD was my go to.
GP vaccination nurses couldnt offer me information on jabs and the other travel clinics were not consise as my friend going on thr same trip, found out!
Thank you again for such a brilliant service. 13 years Danielle had been there and it really shows!

Outstanding Service – So Knowledgeable and Honest
I recently went back to Nomad in Manchester after using them over 10 years ago and was amazed they still had my old records on file! The lady who helped me was absolutely lovely – really friendly, professional, and honest. She even advised me that a couple of the vaccines I needed could be done for free at my GP, which I really appreciated.
The rest of the vaccinations were done straight away, and she gave me some great travel health advice. You can tell these guys really know what they’re talking about. If you’re planning a trip abroad, I can’t recommend Nomad enough – they make the whole process so easy and reassuring.
