Alex delivered my courtesy car with no problems, was very polite and ran through any damages already on the car for my awareness.

A shambles
Waited hours for a van that I told would be ready for me first thing so had to sit in their office witnessing pure chaos, lady on the desk had no idea what was doing, she couldn’t answer not one of my questions, I ended up waiting over 5 hours and lost a days work, no organisation whatsoever and unprofessional.
The guy who eventually showed me to my van was full of apologies and helped me move my things across which was the only saving grace.
