My 1st experience with the Bolton…
My 1st experience with the Bolton Branch didn't start off very well, I rang and spoke to a manager who got the Bolton Branch manager Jed to give me a call to sort the problems out. I've got to say Jed did look into the problems and was very helpful and nothing was to much. Jed got a guy called Glynn to assist us when our van broke down I can honestly say he was a diamond don't know how we would of got the van back on the road so quickly without his assistance nothing was to much trouble and kept me informed all the time, so thank you Jed and Glynn for all you both have done.

I have recently taken over the fleet here at Telcom Networks Ltd and have been dealing with the account manager Rory Hunter who has made and is making the process easy with getting vehicles that I require at pretty good short turn around when I request them. Delivers 5* customer services and satisfaction. I also deal with Northgate Stockport who again deliver every time. With an ever increasing fleet I definitely recommend them to use.

Disgusting break down service ..
Disgusting break down service ... we have a van through our company and broke down on the 22/10/2021 rang Northgate recovery.... 3hrs and still hadn’t been picked up!!! We rang for a update and was told the job never got booked in😡😡😡so ended up driving a power steering failure van fault home at 30mph on the motorway just to get home at night!!!!! Disgusting service ......
