Had my hire van recovered as the…
Had my hire van recovered as the drivers door wasn't opening. I thought i was going to be waiting a couple of weeks for it to be repaired but Peter and Steven were great and had the problem fixed within 15 mins. Brilliant 👌

My experience today was excellent, my vehicle required a replacement wheel,I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter who sorted out my issue with a new spare wheel 🛞,and also directed me to the service desk to arrange a service.Overall the customer service was excellent,well done Northgate for staff efficiency.👏👏👏👏

Great Experience
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable ansd quick to answer any queries i had. Very clean and tidy depot with a welcoming atmosphere. Northgate has been good to us and we will continue to hire with them

Van booked in for MOT
Van booked in for MOT, but I could only take it off the road for a single day. Peter and Chris in Broxburn pushed the 3rd party garage to ensure the MOT was done in time and that I had no disruption.
Job well handled by all involved

Today I couldn't get my bonnet to open i took it Broxburn and the mechanic Cammy was very helpful and resolved the issue within 30 mins. SUPERB JOB WELL DONE

Excellent customer service
Excellent service from Peter at broxburn when all out to get our van ready on day of hire even stayed late to get van to us . Our van was due MOT and service & was booked into Glasgow depot unfortunately Glasgow handed us a small van as replacement which after finding out our van was going to be for over a week we gave Peter a call who sourced us a large van n had us changed over within 24hours . We're now 3 weeks in with Glasgow and still don't have our van back thankfully we are still working due to Peter at broxburn . If your going to hire a vehicle from Northgate Peter & the boys at broxburn are the boys to go to will and have pulled all the stops out for us and nothing is ever a problem .

I understand your frustrations at only being given a small van, but due to the strain on the industry, we are stretched to the limit in providing replacement vehicles to our customers, so sometimes all our branches can provide is a smaller van just for the intentions of keeping you on the road.
I am thrilled however to see that Peter and the team at Broxburn have pulled out all the stops to get you a larger van, and I am certain that they will also be over the moon to see your positive feedback.
