I gave 5 star Because the gentleman that dropped my hire car his name is David Powell, he was very good in showing me around the car and very helpful
I’m disappointed because I asked for a small car as I drive Toyota Ago and the card I had delivered it’s much bigger than I’m used to I called back to see if you can give me a smaller car I was told they don’t have one 😞

Hired a Luton tail-lift through…
Hired a Luton tail-lift through Northgate Camberley and the service has been great. Quick to organise delivery of the vehicle, checking in and following up. Nice to have the personal touch too with the local branch too. Great service, happy to recommend if you need vehicle hire.

David Powell from camberley branch turned up to do all the checks and collection of the vehicle. He was super pleasant and friendly. Made the whole situation so smooth and easy. Overall great customer service and lovely guy.

Great experience
Chris dropped off my hire van, gave me a courtesy call before he was on his way and done a thorough check of the vehicle before he left logging any and all defects/damage, demonstrated user controls and was just a sheer delight throughout, thank you Chris!
